Fresh Dental - Longview

This was my daughter’s first appointment and I couldn’t possibly be more happy! Everyone at the office was extremely courteous and the dental assistants and the dentist who saw my daughter were amazing. Thank you for making my daughters first appointment so awesome! May god bless all of you!

Yesterday I had some popcorn caught in between my teeth and i flossed and and brushed again and again til i thought it was out. It still hurt last night and so this morning I called to see when I could get in....can you be here in an hour?! Wow!! Come to find out I had jammed something in my gum where I couldnt see it. I dont know who was more relieved, me or Dr. Ward, to know it was an easy fix ! Thank you so much for taking such good care of and listening to me!! The staff is so nice! I highly recommend anyone needing a good dentist to give them a call!!

Don’t walk, run away!!!! Where do I start!?! I went in for lower extractions and dentures June 7th 2020. They just pulled my teeth a month ago so a 6 month process in which I had to make every follow up appointment myself. After waiting patiently I would have to call every time and be told oops we were supposed to have you in here a long time ago we never set the follow up appointment. My piece had to be sent back to the lab 3 times bc they made it incorrectly. I paid cash for my denture which they are now trying to charge my insurance for also. Thankfully my insurance did not allow that to go through because they saw thru what was going on and the office doesn’t have the correct paper trail. WAIT!!! There’s more!!!! Extraction day finally comes after 6 + months I was asked previously if I would want gas during procedure to which I replied 100%. The dentist then informs me he is not certified to administer it. Oops. The dentist and I are having issues putting the immediate denture in after he says he will have another one made at no cost. Im in horrible pain the next few days bc these dentures are slicing my gums I can’t eat talk. I tearfully get them out and what relief. I call the dentist office to let them know what has happened and how they are cracked and I can’t get them back in. I was numb before so could get them on but see the damage it’s caused. Bridgett was very rude to me and has been on more than one occasion. She proceeded to tell me that the office would not help me or fix the denture until my balance was paid in full. Let’s keep in mind the $900 I had paid plus the $200 payment I made the day before calling. The better business bureau will be contacted

Dr. Ward is an awesome dentist that believes in effective communication and beautiful smiles. Every time I visit, I have peace knowing he is going to do what's best for me. I can tell my dental goals and smile are a priority.

I need a tooth implant and some of my friends rec me ,so I say lets give it a try. I went in last week. Dr. Ward was awesome he made me feel very satisfy with what I have to pay. he very gentle and taking care little details. the staffs was very nice ,they taking care of me like a little baby( CAROL & JESSICA) And thank you Faith she took care of me too. I recommend for everybody.

I had bounced around dentists for the past 3-4 years, but was having trouble finding one I liked. Also, I needed a crown (then covid hit) fast forward to a month later...Dr. Ward told me before starting the procedure that there is always a risk that the nerve will not be able to take it and it may die. Well, after several days of pain I called them back and they fit me in very quickly for an appointment. He shaved one of my teeth to see if that would help. He also told me to call him and give him updates to let him know if I was still hurting. Although it improved the pain, it was still there. I called a few days later and they got me in literally an hour later. Dr. Ward recommended a root canal because the nerve and the pain was not going to stop. Post root canal and NO PAIN! Dr. Ward was great! He tells you like it is and cares if it hurts. He is a bit busy and hurried in the office, but I never felt like I couldn't ask a question and he always took the time to answer me with more than just a short answer. Great dentist, great hygienists, prices were very reasonable. I feel they are truly trying to run an honest business. I'm now a return customer!

I just recently started going to them and I must say I am PLEASED! They are understanding and patient. I had to postpone my payment for my braces and one of the ladies was understanding to my situation and we came up with a plan. I LOVE them! The staff is awesome. I highly recommend them. 😊😊😊

They are nice here BUT THEY ALWAYS TAKE FOREVER! The dentist never comes in till 2 hours after the appointment time. They need to hire a few more dentist because this is ridiculous. They don't have any magazines or a TV so its very hard to keep kids sitting still in a chair waiting on the dentist to show up.

Good place ! However if you are going for a check up/ X-ray/ consultation of what’s wrong with a tooth and you do not have insurance & it’s coming out of pocket this is not the place, they over charge !!! For my X-ray and consultation the total was $99 dollars which was a lot. I recently went to another dentist and for the same exact thing X-ray and consultation I was charge ONLY $30 !!!! Like I said save your money and look around for a dentist that fit you !!! Also pay with the exact money or pay with card, I gave the receptions $100 dollars bill and the total was $99 she looks at me and with an attitude she said “I don’t have change” I’m my head I was like “how is that my problem ?!?!” I wasn’t having is so I just told her to keep it. But now that I know better never aging

Everyone was very nice and professional. I had no wait time for my appointment. All went smoothly for a first visit.
