My first visit, I waited & waited... I finally was seen an hour after my appointment time! & once I got into the chair, the dentist, he disappeared for about 15 to 20 minutes & came back with no explanation! This place will be given one more chance.!.. Lastly, the prices seem very high to me! Why would they charge so much being in that low income area??! I;m back... 3 or 4 months after I left my last review.. I just want to reiterate just how badly I cannot wait to be done with this awful money hungry place!!! Ugh!!

Family Dental staff is awesome, caring, and professional! I was in and out in an hour and half. The dentist was very thorough in explaining what was going on with my teeth, was honest in his findings, when I was told terrible news at another facility I had gone to. It was great news for me, he took that stress away, and finally their price quotes are still the best around. Thank You!!!

My husband and I both had appointments to get cleanings done. His appt was at 11:30am. Mine was at 12pm. I am currently expecting so I was only able to get an exam done and then they have to send that to my insurance company to get approved for me to get my cleaning. I understand, but they should have communicated that with me beforehand. They saw me before my husband. After 2 hours of waiting, they finally see my husband. It was very unprofessional and the lack of communication was ridiculous. I had to ask the front desk what the hold up was and they said that the dentists were running behind on other patients. I understand things happen, but we should have been notified and given the choice to come back and reschedule instead of waiting for over 2 hours. It is completely unacceptable. After they saw my husband, one of the ladies said they tend to get backed up around 12. If they know this, then they should communicate that and not schedule as many appointments in a day because they are clearly understaffed. Just because the location is in an area that is mostly low income, does not mean that the customers deserve horrible service. We won’t be referring anyone there or coming back. Lesson learned.

The services is terrible i set up two different appointments
and each time it was cancel it. The first time they made the wrong schedule but did not notify me until after I was at their office
The second time the wanted proof of me being the kids father. I wonder why. the kids been goto this location for over 2 years and I never had to proof that before I'm person whom call to set their appointments as well as the person who bring them in for all appointments. I will not been using their service no longer. This office is not organized.
