I had a horrible experience today. I got there at 11:25am my appointment was at 11:30. I was in there waiting untill 2:25, still nothing had been done. At that point I just walked out..They wasted almost 3hrs or my life...I'm so disappointed with them.

I didn't come in for dental work, I came in for a job interview. Over an hour of waiting no one came to get me. The dental assistants would bad mouth each other in front of patients. OSHA violations everwhere I saw. To the trained eye, no one should come into this office.

The dentist do an amazing job, I love the dentist here but they wait is extremely long, they book between 8 to 10 people which makes the wait extremely long, dont plan to do anything on the day of your appointment

Yesterday was my first time going there everyone was very polite and caring. They explain things to you.The only problem i had was getting the tooth out it took so long.The dentist or assistant was so caring and kind.I dont think im going to be able to pay for all that dental work with the health problems i have.

So unprofessional and unorganized i will never go here again. I had x rays taken about a month ago took a day off from work to get a tooth extracted just for me to walk in and they say sorry i cant do it i have to refer you to an oral surgeon. So I guess i couldnt get the professional courtesy of a phone call to let me know and it took a month to find out they could not complete a task they told me to set the appointment up for.

The absolute worst dental practice in Richmond Virginia. If you are thinking about going here do not I repeat DO NOT go here, and especially don't take your children here, it will be the worst mistake of your life. This place should be shut down, I seriously don't understand how they're still up and running, other than the fact that they have a lot of patients with Medicaid, and they know they can run the bill up, tell you that work needs to be done to your teeth when it really doesn't.They are all about money here.
