Unquestionably the worst healthcare experience of my time in America. I turned up 15 minutes early so as to respect the time of the clinic, fill out the necessary forms etc. and be on time for my son's appointment at 10am. Instead they made me wait outside for 15 minutes until they "opened"- although what preparations need to be made to sit in a waiting room evade me.

Once inside, I was asked to fill out a variety of forms, submit my insurance information and ID. The receptionist then called up the insurance company and I waited for 40 minutes to be told that I am out of network and they can't see my son. I was given the contact details of the clinic BY my insurers.

End of story: a completely wasted morning that could have been solved by 1) asking for screening forms to be completed online prior to the appointment. 2) asking for insurance information to be submitted at the time of booking 3) if there are issues, why don't you tell me and apologise rather than let me sit there for the best part of an hour.

Your business sucks.

The amount of time that you have to wait to be seen is ridiculous. The waiting room is overcrowded with no regards to social distancing for COVID. The last time I went, I waited but decided to tell them to cancel my appointment with out a reschedule. I have no desire to return.

A receptionist kept her mask on her throat (under chin) the entire time, another receptionist had me wait bc she was looking at something on her cellphone with another coworker (didn’t sound/look work-related), a patient had no mask in the waiting room (despite the signs everywhere, but the receptionists said nothing), and the dental assistant was rough and distracted while putting the X-ray devices in my mouth. The dentist was really nice and professional, though didn’t offer up much advice on how to treat gingivitis beyond flossing, though I did my own research for electric toothbrushes and toothpaste, etc.

Update: their number also apparently doesn't really work. I needed to reschedule my 6 month follow-up, and the number rings once and says "sorry, the mail box is full"???

we waited almost 2 1/2 hours to get seen. i’m was a new patient and i wasn’t even given paperwork till like 20 min after i arrived to fill out for me and my two kids. on top of that we were allowed to go inside the play room, (which said “temporarily closed”) i was fine with until the receptionist allowed another FAMILY in, not once asked us to leave because of covid-19 regulations. it was really hot in there and just uncomfortable so i left. the service sucked, period!

This dentist office is not even worth one star whomever writing these reviews is friends of the staff or something cause it's no way you make my appointment on 8/20/20 at 3:15pm in have me wait till 4:30pm in still didn't call me back in then I made the appt. For an xray and cleaning then you not even doing cleaning when I get there after waiting all that time. I feel like that is unprofessional when I arrived you should have informed me in let me reschedule instead of waiting for that long another client had to inform me that you was not doing cleaning i found that to be so unprofessional you have people waiting that can't get service I lost money cause I had to leave work early so I can make the appt so i won't be late in you had me sitting like my time is not valuable for nothing I would never refer no one else to them in the other client is going elsewhere so even if you using medicaid just know it's other places that would take you in also value your time in won't have you sitting for hour and still never inform you even after you did the paperwork to let them know your purpose for being there in they still just let you sit in not say nothing just unprofessional in I'm in the healthcare career so good customer services is a must ...So i wouldn't dare go back to this place i think they a scam in just charging people medicaid in not doing the work in if you have Medicaid you only get one cleaning per year so think about that before you go in they charge your insurance in yes i called the insurance in told them that if they charge me i didn't get seen

Amazing Denistry. Everyone is super professional and I was in and out under an hour. Bless you all!

Getting in for an appt is easy. So that’s good. However, all of the services that’s listed on the site, they do not perform. Which is misleading when selecting a dentistry. I needed a root canal. Which is a service listed that they could do. But they didn’t do root canals and I had to get my tooth pulled instead. Nice place. But updates to what practice does what would be helpful in making a decision on where to go for dental care.

Dr Khan is very good at what he does. He made me feel very comfortable, relax and it was very painless and that's a bonus!
