If I could give them negative stars they deserve it.. they rescheduled my appointment for the next day due to an emergency.. then my appointment was at 10:30am.. they saw every patient that came in that day an made me last for no reason at all.. then just kept apologizing an telling me I was next when I wasn’t… i didn’t leave out of the office until 2:45pm.. everyone from the drs to the nurses to the front desk gives you completely different answers when you ask a question…sad excuse for a dental office.. one of the worst experiences ever

This was first time going here. Dr. And staff was really nice. Have to have a procedure done Friday. Hope everything works out well. Prayer means everything before and after.

This dentist office was terrible. Its my first terrible dentist office experience in my life (and l am in my 50s). I was never welcomed (l was a first time client), l waited 30 minutes before l was told (by the technician, whose spoke to me with her back completely towards me the entire time) that l’d need to have EIGHTEEN XRAYS taken before l could have my teeth cleaned; when l refused to have the XRAYS taken (l felt 18 was excessive), it was a big rig-a-more-roll…in the end, my former dentist office emailed my prior XRAYS within 10 minutes of my calling them—10:06am…l wasnt asked to go back into the dental chair until 10:30, and by 10:43am, nothing had been done yet (not even a bib put on me), and since my original appointment was for 9am, and l had another commitment for 12 noon, l left in disgust. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Worst place i’ve ever been, my fillings I got done were awful, a year later and I still get an awful taste on that side of my face where my fillings were done. The staff simply does not care about their patients, the receptionist NEVER answer the phone. Doesn’t matter if you call right when they open or not, you will never get anyone on the phone. And don’t bother booking an appointment online because you’ll be forced to reschedule when you show up to your appointment.

If you forget to bring your ID card you can not do your appointment at all. Even if you have your insurance card and a picture of your ID card. I was told by the office manager that they physically need the ID card to scan it.

I was very pleased with the receptionists and exceptional pleased with the care I received from my Dentist. They were very professional and I would recommend this Dentist Office to others.

Friendly environment, excellent staff and the process was even great. It wasn't hard to get an appointment & I was also able to get an emergency appointment the next day.
