Had an appointment at 2p and didn’t get seen until 3:15p. Sitting in the dentist chair for another 40 minutes waiting to be seen. Then once someone finally comes in the X-ray machine didn’t work. I just came in for a cleaning and nothing was accomplished. Horrible service! Then they had the audacity to ask me to go to the receptionist desk to reschedule. I will never come back to this place.

This is the worst dental facility in history! The employees are horrible along with customer service and above so is the dentist herself Dr Mohan! I see why every time I've been in there there's patients complaining about some of everything! I have learned to read reviews firstly! HORRIBLE PLACE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!

Came to this place twice , made an appointment at the beginning of the year which I didn’t get until June , 1st they said I needed a deep clean but my insurance didn’t cover it so they recommended me new coverage and told me they’ll give me a new appointment which was 3 months away. Now I go there with my new insurance , waited over an hour just to be walked in the back for not even 5 minutes and was told they have to get my insurance approved which ended up not happening. Now I’ve wasted a whole 7 months and still haven’t got anything done.

I love this dental office! I was able to make a new patients visit within a week. Everyone is so courteous and friendly, from the first time I called to my last visit great service. They not only treat your dental needs, but educate you too and treat you with care. Doctor T caught on to issues I knew I had that no other dentists would pinpoint, he's great. Can't wait to bring my daughter!

My spouse went to this Family Density location had a very unprofessional experience with Dr. Raidah Hudson. During the check-in process Dr. Raidah Hudson rudely put her hand in his face to hush him. Caught off guard by her rude gesture he did not initially speak up. I felt compelled to share this unprofessional experience after learning about how Dr. Hudson speaking down to her employees in an rude/unprofessional manner as well. Everyone has a rough day, but interacting with your patients/customers AND staff in a rude manner is extremely unprofessional.
