My appointment was at 12:30pm. They didn’t call me back until 1:10pm. They sat me in a room and at 1:30pm I was still sitting there and no one came to check or say anything. I left because one hour later and still not being seen is ridiculous. I will never go back here again and will be looking for another dentist.

Worse dental experience ever and the assistant to the dentist was even with worse and her polishing technique matched her chair side manners

Dr. A is excellent dentist. She is knowledgeable and friendly. She was very considerate about my pain level and allowed me to take breaks during the session. I highly recommend Dr. A. She is caring and thorough.

I only went in for a basic cleaning of the teeth and it was great! I got there about 9:30am (idk why I thought my appt was at 10am, but it was suppose to be 10:30am 🤣) they opened at 10am (maybe even a little earlier) and got me to sign my paperwork and I was seated in the back not too long from that.
The receptionists were amazing and nice.
I saw a review and got a little scared because of how they were making it seem but I loved it!
They accepted my Medicaid, and made me feel very important. The dental hygienist was very gentle and she made sure I was okay with every scrape she did.

I must say this has been a journey and it's been a process but the staff is good an the dentist is wonderful, she can jank them teeth too😊👍, I'm pleased with my experience and thankful for everyone at Family Denta,l Midlothian. It going to be great to smile a real smile after a long, long time.

This place was the only place that was able to get me in for an emergency root canal after pain that kept me up at night. I did have to wait a bit but after that I had no more pain! Always considerate of pain and check in and reassure me since I have horrible anxiety around doctors and anything sharp
