The staff was very friendly and quick to answer questions . I came to get my upper partials shaved down. I was told I would have to pay out of pocket. I wouldn't do that because I know Optima Medicaid would pay for that . I had no examination of any kind. I never even took my partials out of my mouth. They wrote me up a treatment plan that they wanted "cash " only. I refused so the Office manger said I needed to sign the Treatment Plan to prove we had discussed it ! I was highly insulted that she thought I was that dumb! I wasn't going to sign a bill when I had nothing done! I immediately felt an air of "Dishonesty' , so I won't be going back ever . I also informed my insurance company.

I am in so much pain. My cheek is swollen over my eye because my tooth is so bad. They turned me away because I had a picture of my ID and not the hard copy. So now Idk what to do but man this sucks :( o guess i need to wait 6 months to be able to make a dmv appointment and get a new id. Hopefully the infection doesn't kill me by then 👍

I had to click 1 star just to be able to add a review! This place gets a negative 10 stars from me. Family Dental in Southside Plaza next to Orange Beauty. The receptionist went to her car & got a gun & came back in the office & pointed a gun at me Friday, 8/31/18 all because she tried be a smart mouth because they got my appointment wrong. If you are a patient here, please look for a new dentist ASAP!!

The Dr.couldnt even understand English clear or speak it. The front desk people were very unprofessional talking bout other patients while I was sitting there, they were talking about their checks.The dentist person in the back room several times to take a x-ray of my teeth. Will not return I felt very uncomfortable with them.

They canceled over three appointments before I got one. The dental assistant dropped everything atleast 3 times and made the process two hours and all they did was take a X-ray and check for cavities they are not goood at all.

They are horrible my son and I had a appointment at 330 I waited for a hour and a half and still got no service after being told I was next.. 5:10 comes around and tell us they can only take 1 of us because the dentist said he was leaving at 6.. no type of customer service.. I would give them 0 stars if I could
