Zero stars I made an appointment about two or three weeks ago I asked her if she took my Medicaid she said yes. When I got there the same lady told me that she looked my information up and they couldn’t take the medicaid. I’m hours away from home and she had my number so why couldn’t she call me to inform me of this. They were uncaring and very unprofessional somebody needs to do something about this I’m about to turn them in. Such a waste of time

I wish I could give this office no stars. I bought my sons and My daughter here for the first time this year and it has been one thing after another. My daughter had a filling and within days the filling came out. My daughter pleased with the staff wanted to return to complete her dental work. she had another filling and a couple of months later that filling came out as well. They do not give any instructions to children as to how to take care of the fillings... I will be taking them elsewhere.

My visit to the dentist today was my best visit yet and I had a cavity filled with no problems I wish I would’ve had the doctor I had today he was wonderful my first assistant however had to stick me about 34 times which made me wait until now to come back to get my other teeth feel but my experience today was wonderful thanks Doc hope I have you again don’t go nowhere

My appointment was at 1 didn’t get seen until 3 I got a fill in and temporary cap I got home cap fell straight out didn’t eat anything I will rate a 0 do not recommend

Just horrible communication and customer service! I was scheduled for an appointment at 4pm I showed up and the doors were locked and they were closed , I confirmed my appointment the day before no one reached out about the office closing early or to reschedule this is ridiculous! And inconsiderate
