My appt was at 1:30 but I wasn't seen until 2:35. I had x-rays which I expected. The actual dentist did not introduce himself . We went over the x-rays and he examined my teeth. After our discussion he prepared himself for my cleaning. He started to clean my teeth and water splashed all over my face. I had to alert him for a paper towel. Even though there was suction hose it wasn't enough. I could taste blood in my mouth but he didn't allow me to rinse. In fact there wasn't a rinsing bowl in the room which I thought was strange. I ended up rinsing in the sink in the bathroom. When I left the chair and went to the desk, I was told then that the delay was because they were waiting to hear from the insurance co. I gave my insurance info over the phone when I made the appointment so why weren't they contacted then??

I absolutely love this place. Great staff excellent service, Dr. Mohan is the best! I use to be so scared of the dentist. Dr Mohan made me feel very comfortable. And help over come my fear. Very professional.

Terrible service very unprofessional come here if you have nothing to do for the rest of the Entire day. No one wearing mask even staff while in the back waiting an hour to be seen after x ray heard the nurse tell the doctor stop using the same tools on other people.

I have been going here a while now & I can’t find anything bad to say!! It’s new people from when I first visited but listen they good too! I was in so much pain this week & it was no hassle to her in and get my work done!! Thank you Dr.Patel you are wonderful

I was very disappointed from the beginning. My appointment was scheduled for 5:30 and was taken back around 6 and was checked about 6:30. Had xrays done. And when the dentist examined me she never did a clean or even rinse the blood in my mouth from all the poking she did on my gums. She just diagnosed me and didn't even give me detailed information, I had to ask the staff. And this morning I woke up with blisters on my gums. And over all the place was dirty. Not happy whatsoever..
