I waited 3 hours to be seen! All employees hardly acknowledged me and held constant conversations with themselves about their private life and even about other patients(hipaa violation!). Also no urgency to see patients. They'd rather waste your time and test your patience while getting paid to do it. Told me they were understaffed but then proceeded tp stop working every few seconds to chat with co-workers. I can't complain enough.

I am giving a three because they do see you quickly. Once you're in the office it's all about how they can make money off of you. My husband went in for a toothache, and came out with quotes on partial dentures for teeth that had yet to be extracted. They did refer him to an oral surgeon and prescribed antibiotics after he'd asked if he should have them. Oh, and they were trying to get him to schedule appointments for the rest of the family while he was overcome with pain. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

I rate ASPEN as a 5 Star. My mother has been to several dentist and was never completely satisfied. After going through a consultation with Dr. Houston. She was overwhelmingly satisfied with her options, his evaluation and the financial aspects of her visit. I would highly recommend Aspen to other people who , eare looking for a dentist.

My 1st appointment was awful! The dental hygienist did not do a cleaning, but was great at trying to market products and services to me then the same for my husband. I had to wait an hour and a half for my appointment and my husband’s had to be rescheduled because they were short staffed or something yet they did not even clean my teeth!?! He came in the next day and had the same experience of them wanting to sell him different packages or something for a cleaning. I don’t want to be told about a $500 toothbrush yet my teeth not professionally cleaned! It is hard enough to get to an appointment and I won’t be going back. This was so frustrating because I went to an Aspen Dental in Colorado for years and had great experiences but this was purely ridiculous.

Me & my daughter had appointments on Saturday. Because of this - they were unable to contact our insurance companies. Due to this, they stated they could not do our cleanings because they didn’t know if it would be covered. My thing is, cleanings are part of preventative maintenance & therefore they are almost always covered. Not to mention that everyone from my work goes there so at the least - they should have been able to see what others from my job have been covered for. I work in the medical field in medical billing & I just feel that they could have used their critical thinking skills more to do better patient care. Now I have to wait for them to contact me & schedule our cleanings when this could have already been done.

Otherwise, the staff & dentist were very nice & the office was clean. I would definitely recommend them to others.

My visit was one of courtesy, professnalism, and extremely thorough. Once entering the office, I was given paperwork to complete. I was asked to arrive a few minutes early I did. After completing the paperwork. I was off to x-ray which was explained and completed in a timely manner. After this I saw three other professionals. All knew there profession and were very nice to me the entire time. I felt quite comfortable thoughout the entire process. I left the office with information and the breakdown of everything concerning my case. An hour exactly after I arrived. I'm sold wonderful experience. I highly recommend this company to every one.

Extremely rude receptionist and in addition the lady working the finance desk urged me to schedule a service I specifically told them I could not afford at THIER clinic (my dentist is out of town but I will travel for more in depth procedures) . Waited for 15 minutes after a consultation for a ledger detailing how much each service would cost and what services I needed, which was a conversation that happened
in front of the entire office staff as well as the people sitting in the waiting room. Twice I asked for a direct answer on which service should be prioritized and the lady told me well that’s up to you. Once I picked a service I asked, what times they had available for the day and she gave me two times. I picked the latter and she asked another lady to see if the dentist could do it sooner than the time i requested. Once I explained that I needed the later time for a reason she snapped at me saying that she was just trying to get me in as quickly as she could so I wouldn’t have to wait. There were two nice young ladies that were in training and the dentist himself seemed to be direct but nice. However, the service was so poor I would not recommend this office to anyone- I work in customer service / real estate field so my appearance is important and felt like they treated me with utter disrespect and condescending tones from the time I arrived to the time that I left -

Had terrible pain in a couple of bad teeth. Took very good care of me and explained that I would have to be on antibiotics for a few days to bring the swelling down before they could be pulled. Gave me pain meds, too. Day arrived, got to office.....was scared to death (as always ).....staff was very sweet and comforting. So was dentist. Highly recommend.

From the time you walk in the door, the staff are very professional, polite and knowledgeable about the caring care you receive. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Mobile, Al. On Airport Blvd. to anyone. You can't ask for anything better, than the best. They also work with you with your budget and financing options are available. Free first visit with free complete ex-rays as well as first free doctor of dentistry consultation. You can't beat that. Try Aspen Dental, you will be glad that you did.
