Aspen Dental

My wife was terrified of going to a dentist for 20 years. She has never been more happy than when she came out of that office yesterday. Thanks to all yhe ladies for making her comfortable.

I called to set an appointment and the person on the phone stated that since i was in so much pain, they would mark it as "emergency services" and get me in as soon as possible even though the appt time was for 2pm. i arrive at 145. wait in the waiting room until 225, get called back, take x rays. sit in the dentist chair for ONE HOUR before i see the dentist, while i am crying in pure agony because my whole side of my face is swollen and throbbing. dentist comes in, goes over the x rays.. tells me that i need two root canals and can understand why i am in an immense amount of pain. shows me why my face is swelling, due to infection right near my root. THEN PROCEEDS TO TELL ME (NOW 4PM) THAT THEY DON'T DO THESE TYPES OF ROOT CANALS HERE AND THEY WILL REFER ME TO THE ENDODONTIST. PRESCRIBED ME IBUPROFEN AND AMOXICILLIN (advil and an antibiotic???) and state that the antibiotic should help with pain. also, the endodontist they recommended was booked until AFTER THANKSGIVING. What a waste of time. the whole time the dental hygienist was very unprofessional, laughing and messing around the whole time she was in the room, even when tears are streaming down my face. Dentist name: STEPHANIE EVANS-- this place should stop trying to sell their whitening products and asking questions like "on a scale of 1-10 how happy are you with your smile?" and start leaning bedside manner and that antibiotics DO NOT help with pain. Never returning.

These people are buffoons. I called a local number to Mobile, AL to setup an appointment in Mobile and they scheduled the appointment for somewhere in Massachusetts! I talked to two different people and that's what happened. If they can't get an appointment right, I doubt if they can do dental work right. I would stay away from this place.

Everyone in the office practiced all the safety measures of the current pandemic. They were polite, efficient and took care of my ddd Ed Brel emergency. I will return for more extensive treatment when the ban is lifted in May.

Althougg i was first in line i had to wait 2 hours before i was seen they were putting other pts in front of me the exam and xrays were suppouse to be free yet they billed my insurance they have no nitrous oxide so the numbing injections were extremely painful when i called later due to some concerns the office manager was nasty unprofessional the dentist was nice i would not recommend this place to anyone primarily due to the nastieness of the office manager

Terrible. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable.
I tried calling several times to schedule an appointment. I was put on hold for half an hour the second time only to have them then disconnect the call without picking up. I tried to call back several more times, and they wouldn't answer. I just kept getting a message that their mailbox was full.

I was really impressed by the whole team at this location. I was in severe pain with an abcessed tooth. They took such good care of me to get me out of pain. Will be back!

The team was awesome thorough and kind. They made sure I was comfortable and understood my treatment and I would gladly recommend them to all of my family and friends
