Aspen Dental

First time visit to this office. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist were fantastic. Put me at ease immediately (I'm not a good patient). All seemed very caring about my needs and friendly, not all business. I plan on staying with them for the long term.

Poor service computers were down where they said system was down couldn't tell me how much insurance coverage and. Needed teeth cleaning

I didn't have to wait long. The nice assistant that took x-rays was with me the entire time. Seen that my birthday was near and wished me a Happy Birthday. Dr Houston explained my options thoroughly. I plan to start my dental work ASAP. However the hygienist was a little rough.

Called them at 9 am to make an appointment for an extraction and was told if I came in and made 50% of the payment they could make said appointment two days from the day I called. In less than an hour I made it up to their office to make the payment and appointment but they very rudely said they had no openings anytime remotely soon, completely contrary to what I was just told over the phone. The only help I was offered by anyone working there was a rude "well, I don't know who would have told you that." This place is a joke and so are the people working their phones. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Everyone was fantastic. Got the care I needed on the same day. Plan of care was straight forward.

My wife scheduled a routine cleaning @4:15. I called that day before appointment with insurance info. She gets there at 4 o’clock fills out her paperwork and sits in the chair till 5:45 waiting on the dentist. They come in and tell her she has to reschedule. Don’t schedule new patient appointments late in the afternoon if you can’t follow through with it.

Everyone there was understanding and easy to talk to. They did a Great job to get everything they could do in one day. Next teeth cleaning my teeth. I actually want a whitening of my teeth. I use to have white teeth, then when my son and daughter moved out at the same time. One in collage and the other got married. I went into deep depression for years and didn't brush my teeth like I should've. Then the both moved far a way. Son moved to Virginia then New york. Daughter to Indiana. I felt even more depressed. My oldest son was in Seattle Wa for 19 years. Then 3 years ago my oldest son died at 37. Then 5 month later my sister-in-law was found dead.. Then My Mother Dec 2 2020. Then My best friend in March. I know I'm to blame. My teeth lost there brightness. Please help me to get my white back.I need a reason to smile again. Then I'm suppose to get a crown then fit for an upper plate. I just wonder if I should get false teeth so that I won't have to worry about my other teeth going bad with all the smoking and after spending all that money on upper plate then later still have to get false teeth. My husband just wants me to get false teeth so we don't worry about me losing more teeth. Caused by high stress and smoking. I lost my Dad in 2010. Everyone's leaving me. My husband's job situation losing it after 37 years being used as an example. Him in depression and senile for 2 years. Not talking to me. Me more smoking and at one time drinking for about 1 1/2 years. I've been sober now for years. Sad situation. I feel that a brighter smile will give me the confidence I need. and maybe it will turn my marriage around for the good. Please tell me what would be best to have a white white 😃. Thank you all. I usually hate going to the dentist but these ladies here are awesome Dr e was really great and didn't judge me from my past I was really surprised at how well they treated me I will be coming back to get all my teeth pulled and fixed they have the best service I have ever ever been to y'all rock 🥰

They were able to file my insurance and I did not have to pay any out of pocket expenses for my visit. The dentist was very kind and explained everything to me in regards to my teeth in a way that I could understand. Everyone was kind from the receptionist, to billing, office manager, x-rays...everything. I will be back. They were willing and able to provide the services that I required.

Today was my first experience with Aspen dental, although I was very nervous, considering I really dislike going to the dentist, the entire staff was great and made me feel calm, I gotten my wisdom tooth extracted, dr. Steward was the best at her craft I didn't feel a thing and it was over in minutes, best dental visit.
