Very caring and willing to help at all cost. I had Stroke #10 on 11/22/22. Messed up speech, left leg & arm, hand. Waited on me hand & foot. No rushing, very patient for any test and very thorough with procedures. Very helpful on decisions about dental work. Very nice doctor's.

Aspen Dental is awesome. Dr Torres is very respectful and kind. I enjoyed every minute while I was working with him. For any business customer service is the most important thing these guys are some of the best at it.

This place is a waste of time! I scheduled appointment to get restorative work done because my tooth is killing me. I went in had the X-rays done and was placed in a room in the back only to have them pitch yet another dental cleaning and sent back up front to speak with a finance service associate. After trying to get me to get more services than needed financed was told I had to come back the following week to get the tooth that is bothering me taken care of. I came to them a few years ago and was told I had cavities that needed to be filled. I went back to them in the next week in expectation that they were going to fill the cavities then and they had me get a second dental cleaning. No fillings! I paid a few hundred dollars all in all. Had these people treated the cavities then I wouldn’t be dealing with the pain in my tooth now. If I could give a negative 5 rating I would. Save your money and time!

Very warm and welcoming. Made me feel relaxed and the staff made me feel that I was in the best of hands with up to date technology and top of the line equipment. I would like to mention Tabitha West who welcomed me and made me feel comfortable with financial aspects involved. And Rezzy Tomlinson, make me feel comfortable and at peace with the type of dental work needed (her words, eye contact, meaningful touch.) As well, as she gave words of encouragement and I felt her sincerity. These girls were great! Dr. Torres-Diaz was amazing through all aspects of the dental care process. Now... to mention the hygienist (sweet, and awesome). And Ivory was precious! You know they must be, because I can't remember names!! (lol)! Thank you as well, Dr. Klein. Thank you for your concerns and honesty. God bless you, all! Thank you Dr. Torres-Diaz, once again!

I had a very positive experience at Aspen Dental the dentist who took care of me who extracted all of my teeth and did two alveolastics on me had the most professionalism and was very patient with me I have anxiety and I was very nervous through it all and he saw it through to the end with me and I appreciate and I'm very grateful for him for his kindness through it all the staff were very accommodating in answering all my questions which I had a lot of and I'm grateful and appreciative of the staff as well overall it was a very so far positive experience we're not finished yet but I look forward to my dentures coming thanks to you all at Aspen Dental

My first appointment, I arrived early as they requested to fill out paperwork. I sat there forever waiting to be called. The people that came in After me were even being called Before me. I got frustrated & headed for the door after about an hr & 1/2 to 2hrs waiting. As I was walking out the door, someone came outside to get me. I understand there's a waiting period to be seen, BUT 2hrs...be 4real 😒! Finally made it to the back to get my x-ray, they Overcharge you like crazy. They don't give you time to scan over the book (Paperwork) of charges. Lastly, I got a filling that still hurted Months after, so now I gotta pay someone else to actually do it right!

The wait was a little long. But I wasn't in no rush. They had a very nice staff and I love how they made sure I understood everything that was being told to me. Will be my go2 place. :)
