I went to Aspen Dental in March 2022 for dental work after having some work done and was supposed to be called back to finish and April comes no call, I called and kept getting the run away. Here it is May and still no finishing of my mouth very dissatisfied with this Dental and will not recommend no one to go there.

I came in with hopes to finally do something about returning the smile I was known for but at the same time doubts of things actually happening for me were there and rising. By the time it was time to talk price, I got hit with unacceptable insurance. Tears went to rolling. Every time I think "maybe this time it's for real",BOOM! SIKE! Or so I thought...but what happened instead is a discussion of getting finance to take care of some of the cost. WHEWWW! That took a load off. So now I'm actually looking forward to a beautiful smile happening for me again. Thank you Jesus!!!!!!! And God bless you Aspen!

Dr. Stuart and her assistants are great. However, I was rescheduled for a crown prep due a malfunctioning chair, which ok, but when I arrived at the rescheduled appointment, I waited an hour in the lobby—to be told that I was being rescheduled because there was a “substitute dentist” that day and he wasn’t comfortable doing my crown prep. Lo and behold at my re-rescheduled appointment, they forgot to physically book me. So one star for office staff. At least I was able to get a copy of my records without any issues.

I have called for a week now needing them to redo my tooth. Unfortunately the the tooth that was filled a week ago the filling has come out and the tooth has now broke in half. They answer then I'm put on hold every time for hours. So if you enjoy wasting time at work on hold and in pain this is the place to go.

Everyone is sweet and caring here. I didn't meet one person that didn't have a smile on their face and a sweet greeting or compliment for you. I love the laid back but still very professional feel of the place. They make sure you are comfortable and know everything that is going on as they do it. I had an extraction done and due to difficulties beyond their touch , I had a painful extraction. The dentist and aide felt so bad and kept apologizing even though, there was nothing they could have done to make me any more comfortable than they already did. I love this place and I know I have found my new dental home!! 😊

They got me in as a new patient very quickly and worked with me as far as me having no insurance. The Hygienist Sheridan Andrews is Great at what She Do. She made sure that I wouldn’t have anymore problems wit my gums and made me feel comfortable they’ve been good ever since thank you Ms Andrews and Thank you Aspen Dental
