Everyone was very nice and I felt welcomed and comfortable. It's also extremely affordable, even without insurance! I had an evening appointment and no one was rushing me or made me feel like I was just keeping them from being at home.

Great service, friendly, very comfortable and informative.

Everyone at Aspen dental was very friendly and helpful they let you know what you need to be done to your teeth They let you know what the price will be for all your dental work out of pocket I will recommend them to my family

Original review: Wasted a entire day off waiting around in their office. Went in for a tooth extraction which is what I set the appointment up for. I was having extremely painful toothaches. They took xrays and sat me in a chair for about 45 minutes. Then a couple of the techs come in and start poking and prodding my gums and saying 1,3,4,3 and so on. After this the Dentist comes in and gives me a talk about how I need my gum line cleaned and that I have a few cavities which I was aware of. My concern was getting my tooth pulled though to stop the pain I was in. So after all that she sends me straight to the business office and they tell me I have to pay $2000.00 to get my teeth cleaned and that they wont fix any cavities or anything unless that's done. Then I asked if they were going to pull the tooth. They answered no that they didn't have time that day and I needed to reschedule appointment and the only opening they had was 20 days later. Prescribed me 8 tylenol 3 pills to last 20 days and no antibiotics. I went to another local dentist after I left irritated. Tried to get them to send the xrays over so I didn't have to go through all of that again. They wouldn't send a usable copy of them so I gladly paid this other dentist $50.00 to do another set of xrays. He assesses the tooth agrees it needs to go. Gives me antibiotics and tells me to come back in a week. After the antibiotics have done their job. Which I understood that being a good idea. I was a walk in customer and he had me out in a hour and a half with a waiting room full of people. Aspen Dental will try to force you into spending alot money on unnecessary expensive procedures. I felt like I had to pay for the cleaning if I wanted my teeth fixed. Which turns out wasn't the case. I wont be back that's for sure.

I absolutely love Aspen Dental staff! Dr. Avery and Chelsey were excellent. I went to the one right off airport boulevard. I absolutely refer that you go to this office. They do everything in their power to help you with all your dental needs. I love them to pieces!

I went in with a broken tooth. Most dental offices understand that in a dental emergency you grab an x-ray and get the issue resolved. Not at this place. The young lady who got the panoramic x-ray decided that I was getting a free exam. I wasn’t seeing the dentist without them, she said.

After wasting over an hour of my time, I got no resolution and had to be referred out of the office. When I called to set the appointment, I thought I was clear about my expectations and intentions. Apparently I was wrong.

The dentist is extremely courteous and would be the saving grace but with the incompetence of the staff, she isn’t enough to make me return.

If you have a dental emergency, go anywhere other than here because it isn’t worth it.

Very unorganized and uncaring. I made an appointment three days ahead and got to the office and they receptionist said they didn’t see me. I explained that I made it over the phone and she said that the home office didn’t verify with them and there was nothing they could do. I then told her I was in terrible pain and I tried to make it three days earlier and they said nothing was open until then and now I’m getting turned away a second time. She looked me in my eyes and said it was nothing they could do and we have to reschedule. So then I came back at the time that we scheduled and they saw me. They took an x-ray of my mouth which was very painful and looked it over and said there was nothing showing on the x-ray and there was nothing wrong. I pleaded with them to look at it with their eyes and they will see where the x-ray couldn’t show and they refused. They wanted to send me to a specialist for an additional $400 so they could tell them what was wrong and then they wanted me to come back to them to get the service done while the pain that I was experiencing was extremely increasingly getting worse. I explained I didn’t have any insurance and that this was all coming straight out of my pocket and they said that it was nothing they could do and to go see the specialist and then we can talk. I asked could they look at it with their eyes and they said no. They were very nonchalant and not empathetic at all.The next day I went to Northcutt dental. And they did x-rays and didn’t see anything either but then they looked in my mouth and saw that my tooth was split all the way to the route.Not only did Northcutt get me taken care of they did it all in the same day and I didn’t have to tell them how to do their job. I wouldn’t recommend Aspen Dental to anybody ever. Stay far away.

My 80 year old mother had several teeth infected. I could not ask for a better Dentist office. It was her first visit to Aspen. They handled her with kindness and professionalism. It was an awesome experience for her. She raved about the Dentist and all the office staff. Thank you for taking care of her.
