I was a walk~in with a horrible toothache. I was able to be seen. The staff is very polite & helpful. The Doctor explained the procedure perfectly. Will I go there again? Definitely

Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had. This office will lie to you, ignore you, put you on hold for ridiculously long periods of time. They told me I had a appointment for extractions and four days prior I had yet to get a confirmation email. When I finally talked to the office regarding my procedure they informed me the Mobile office never sent them my information nor scheduled my appointment. I would tell anyone to avoid this busy like a plaque.

Got there at 11:30 appointment was at 12. Did not leave the place until 3 o clock. Was my first time ever there. Seemed like there was no communication between the staff. I had 4 different people conduct my appointment. And had to explain why I was there to each and every one. An older lady left while I was in the waiting room and said she had been there for almost 2 hours without being seen. I should of took that as my sign. I left there with a referral to some where else.

Horrible! My Dad has his DUAL Medicare Plan and you can not get a straight up answer if they take the insurance. The lady who you get when answering tells you they must get you in first before they can tell you...this is is trick to charge you....because if they don't you have a fee for going for a consult. The girl on the phone was rude and does not understand what Medicare ins is and will fight with you. Calling our insurance Company to report this and report to CMS. Elders do not need this type of hassle and trickery. BEWARE...

I made an appointment online filled out all the paperwork online. I was given an acct number and appt time but because I did not receive their phone call which I have no voice mail when I arrived at my appt time I was informed they gave my appt to someone else. I am confused to why any business would do this I have no voice mail or email to confirm or tell me they gave my appt away.

Ignore the other reviews. I hit the wrong tab. I love aspen dental. Every one is so nice and helpful. Very professional and knowledgeable. All the ladies there are sweethearts. They make it as painless as possible. I recommend aspen to everyone i talk to. Thank you all.
