I scheduled an dental emergency on a Monday, prior to going into the office I had explained that I had a tooth that needed to be extracted. My appointment was at 2pm the next day. I did not leave the office until 5:45 pm with only having them to examine my mouth just to tell me what I already told them. I had to come back the next day for the procedure. During the extraction the dentist and her assistant gossiped about things that happened the day before. The extraction was very painful I will not recommend aspen to anyone else. They have great prices but terrible customer services

I walked in with a toothache at 8am & they had me taken care of with 2 teeth extraction by 11am with no appointment .Everyone was friendly & professional

I scheduled an appointment using the online appointment option the day before my actual appointment. I stated on the application my daughter's age and issue. My daughter had two very loose teeth that were causing her to not eat. Once we arrived at the clinic, my 9yr old daughter was taken to xray which were very painful. After that, she was seen by the Hygentist who I must say was very nice and helpful. Once the Dentist arrived she told me that due to her not completing 3 additional years for Pediatrics, she would not be able to pull my daughter's teeth. I explained to her that I booked the appointment based off of this being a Dentist office and my daughter had a emergency by which my appointment was accepted. She also stated to me something about pulling my daughter's teeth to early would cause her to need braces..By the way, I was sitting there LOOKING at the xray of the adult teeth literally pushing the baby teeth out... I was given a referral, but I decided to go to Vital Smile instead (some very knowledgeable people referred them to me 😉). I told them my story, they agreed that the teeth could be pulled, apologized to my daughter and pulled both teeth! THANK YOU VITAL SMILES FOR HIRING FULLY QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS, and thank you to the two ladies that referred me to them!
That one star was for the nice Hygentist.

I am a patient and I have an emergency I have a bad toothache and they said they could not see me, that they were only taking appointment. The reason I gave them even two Stars is they're better than no dentist at all.

The Aspen Dental team Airport is AMAZING!!!! Last week was my first visit and I was seen on the same day I made the appointment. They reviewed my insurance while I was there to inform me about the cost and to go over my dental benefits. Upon review, I found out that my dental benefits had almost been exhausted. They allowed me to use the new patient coupon that gave me a free exam. We scheduled my procedure, which was an extraction, for the next week, Saturday September 8, 2018. Yes, I am reviewing early because they had an opening on September 5, 2018 because of the weather, so they changed my appointment and I was in and out with a tooth extracted in 30 minutes. I could not believe it. I have never had a good experience at the dentist, but this was a GREAT EXPERIENCE. I can not say enough for their level of professionalism and care. This was a wonderful experience. I am still scared of the dentist, but not Aspen Dental.

Very professional and super nice!! I had a slight emergency and they got me in right away. The staff and doctor were extremely friendly and informative. I will be using them as my primary dentist from now on!

I'm never coming back. We were told conflicting information about payment on a tooth removal. We paid for surgery but was told if the tooth able to be pulled we'd be refunded the deference. The tooth was pulled and we were not refunded the deference. I came in with a raging infection and an exposed nerve and had to demand pain medication which they only gave me Tylenol 3 and only a very small amount. Any other respectable office would have actually cared about pain management. I had to ask again when she pulled the tooth and she had the nerve to roll her eyes. Aspen's prices are not low enough to excuse this kind of behavior. I still have an infection in that area which made the removal horrifying and the healing isn't going smoothly. I am going to see another doctor to get proper medication for this issue. Aspen dental seems to be only interested in receiving payment than actual client care.

My experience was more than satisfactory. The entire staff was extremely polite and courteous. Dr Thompson was thorough and explained everything. It was a pleasant experience... until I got the estimate on the cost to do all the work.
I am 72, a veteran and have no insurance. Not sure I am worth that much...🤔 😯

The staff was friendly. The office Manager was so patient. She answered all my questions. Dentist visits are never fun but the staff at Aspen Dental made it tolerable. I left knowing that I was in good hands.
