I want to thank everyone at Aspen Dental. They are the best. They took the time to listen to my elderly mom. Found the problem she was having and corrected it. She was smiling beautifully when she was finished. Full of joy!
Thank you.

I arrived yesterday 15 minutes before my appointment as instructed. They took xrays and the hygienist looked at me. "The Dr. Will be right in" she said. After sitting in the chair in pain for an hour and a half by myself I got up and left. There was no one in the hall so I went out to the receptionist and told her that I had been there for a few minutes less than two hours. She couldn't have cared less, so off I went - never to return.

My son and I went in to get an exam and cleaning. We were x-rayed, talked to the hygienist and the dentist about what was found on the x-rays and then we were taken to a from office to get a list of expensive fees to do dental work. My son was scheduled to some back and get a cleaning, but was only told how to get to the front door when I told the office manager that the over $15,000 dental break down was a bit much and I needed to think about it. Needless to say I did not receive a cleaning nor was I scheduled to come back for one. I don’t know why they didn’t do the cleaning on the initial visit like most dental offices do. Maybe they needed to bill the insurance for another visit. Not sure, but I definitely was not impressed.

Clearly there is some procedural steps that need to be properly thought out. After spending almost an hour in this office and having to leave without any service, I have to wonder what's the point of asking the customer to fill out their information sheet prior to coming in for an appointment. One would think it made better sense to use that information to verify the patient's insurance and settle all billing queries before the customer comes in. Nope, not the case instead I was left frustrated and having to leave the office so that I would not further disturb the receptionist who was irritated that an agent at my insurance company would not send over the fee breakdown. The insurance agent noted that she should already have that information or know how to retrieve it from Dentrix or who ever else is within their network. The receptionist at this point had a stronger attitude, which does not evoke a welcoming or understanding attitude. I have used my insurance before and they have never requested a few breakdown from me so I had no idea what she was referring to. I called and the insurance agent told me the same thing. She started to ignore me, and enter someone else's information almost as though she was being intentional. I decided to leave, there goes an hour wasted from my day. Guess I'll be a new patient somewhere else.

I loved the way they were actually concerned about what I wanted them to do not just how they could make the most money. They really work with you when it comes to payment plans too! 👌👏😆 I posted the previous 4 years ago but I had to come back and update how horrible the customer service & professionalism of this office is. My oral surgeon has tried & tried to get my previous xrays from them to see if I might have growths in my jaw bone or if these spots have always been there. They are being told that I have none. I personally have called twice & had to leave a voicemail because none ever answers & have never received a call back. This could be a life or death matter & they don't seem to care one bit.

Very slow, They told me to b here at 7:30 and I was the first one that was gonna b seen.. it’s now been passed an hour and I’m still sitting, people just walking in and getting called to the back , I asked have they forgotten about me , only thing they said was they already assigned.. just didn’t understand why I had to b here early when I never was gonna get seen… I will not b coming back 😡

I called the hot line for an emergency visit the day prior. Next morning, I showed up 30 minutes early to do paper work. No problemo. But, you must pay attention while signing papers. They mention under their breath what it is and press you to sign for some monthly donation. PAY ATTENTION! I didn't sign anything until I clearly understood. They will NOT give you any antibiotics or pain relief. On the other hand, the staff and the dentist were amazingly courteous, patient with my sick humor and very professional. My only real grunt is the pricing. I told them my crappy Humana insurance didn't cover it and that sorry, pathetic Veterans administration doesn't offer dental to Americas finest unless you're a paraplegic or on your death bed, but they still kicked me in the acorns for a simple extraction that I could have pulled out with tweezers. First time visit was supposed to have a free exam. Didn't happen. So PAY ATTENTION!!

The best experience I've ever had at a dentist, no work done today but got financed for dentures and my mold will be done on the 13th then appointment for all to be pulled later..but they worked hard for me..thanks for soon to be smiling again.

Charged my debit card and there were no services rendered because the wanted him to come back after a 9:45 appointment at 1 and he could not because I had surgery at 1 that day. They have charged our debit card and the accounting manager is RUDE and LIED and the money has still not been refunded. Talked to their cooperate and still waiting for my $130 and why did you charge my card when you were asking him to return at 1pm isn't that when you should have charged my card. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and stole my money.
