The young Dr. here was remarkable and sophisticated. His assistant was even more so! Moreover, the reception was extremely warm and inviting. The entire staff was very responsive, respectful, and courteous! It was truly an overall wonderful experience, thank you all for being so attentive to my needs.

I had 3 teeth pulled at once and it went great. Tiffany and the young lady doctor (I can't remember her name) were very nice and worked well together. I was in and out in no time at all and this even included the time they took to check my teeth for other issues. Great place.

Tiffany and the office manager at the office by I65 were amazing!! The level of care I received went above and beyond. I can't say enough good about the staff and care at t his location. A+

The worker was very patient and helpful to me the doctor that I had did everything she could to make me comfortable the manger was very optimistic and understanding I would recommend this dentist to anyone I have never left been unsatisfied I always leave with a smile again aspen dental is my number 1 dentist know and I’m looking forward to seeing the more regular know.

My visit was awesome! I went to the one on Airport next to Room to Go. It was my initial visit and everything was great from the very beginning. The receptionist, the young lady who took my Xrays, the office manager and the dental hygienists were all so professional and had very good dispositions about themselves. I can not recall the dentist's name that was there for that day but he was also very pleasant. I hope I did not forget anyone I met that day. However, if I did you were all great and seeing such diversity and harmony was very welcoming.

I wish I could give 5 stars because the dentist and assistants were so nice however Trixie the office manager at the Airport location ruined my experience! I have been going to this location 5 times in the last month I needed a lot of work done, my fault I know. Trixie rubbed me wrong from day one, she is very nonchalant about questions you ask her, today I went in for a root canal and left without it done and very upset because she was unwilling to help me in the time frame I needed due to my insurance. I asked for a refund of my 2600 dollars (and that’s just my portion that insurance did not cover total my treatment plan was 10 grand!) and my paperwork to give to a new dentist willing to help. My husband convinced me to try a different location because of Insurance I’m assigned to Aspen. So went to the West Mobile location, spoke with the office manager there showed her my treatment plan and explained my situation and Ms. Jennifer was so sweet and accommodating, and what do you know I have an appointment next week to do exactly what Trixie told me could not be done. She is unprofessional and unwilling to be helpful and offer good customer service. Yes you are a dental office but I’m paying you my hard earned money so I would expect to be treated with dignity and respect, because Ms Jennifer was so nice and willing to do more for me than I even expected I will stay will Aspen Dental (and save a call to Cigna to get reassigned) I will just never step foot in that location again. Ms. Jennifer saved this company from losing my business and going else where to get the $10,000 of dental work I need done. This had nothing to do with scheduling or my availability, the other location is even busier, Trixie was just not willing to help me. I’ll be calling who I need to call tomorrow to ensure someone knows what she put me through today.
