Aspen Dental

As all we know the health care system is broke. But some companies like Aspen take not only advantage of this broke system to rip off money from people’s pocket but beyond that, they developed a unnerve system lying customers with a nonsense ‘package’ that is not need it to fix their dentures. This company waste people’s time, scam them with absurdly information with the purpose of trap them in unnecessary and most important, excessively costly ‘dental’ treatment. We should wonder why the public department don’t keep an eye to this type of business that have a unethical attitude towards customers. They tell you you can’t fix your dental issues if you don’t agree to pay the whole ‘dental package’ they intended to scam you with. A simple dental cleaning end up costing more than $1,000.00. What a nerve of this business!!

1st Visit went well.....staff courteous....office manager explained cost and recommended care....nice job all around....living in world where customer service and interpersonal communication is often lacking, I am hoping they keep up the good work!

Every one I talked to was amazing and the dentist himself was quite nice. I got my tooth pulled that same day and they really work with you on the payment arrangements. Will go back again.

Aspen really is a bs establishment. I went for my initial free exam and the hygienists knocked one of my fillings out and they told me the will repair it after I pay a $92 exam. I wouldn't recommend Aspen to anyone. It's a franchise so customers service is not a high priority only the bottom line....with that said they suck👎👎👎

I felt like they tried to sell me products not clean my teeth. The hygienist suggested a very expensive cleaning not covered by my insurance. The hygienist told me my gums were getting in bad shape. When I asked if they could just do what my insurance covered I was told no. They tried to sell me a 70 dollar Bluetooth tooth brush before I had even had anything done. Then on the billing side things got worse. I was a new patient so I was getting the exrays and first cleaning for free. That was what pulled me in. Well a month later I got a bill for those things. Called and they said they would fix it. Well it’s four letters, and phone calls later and I’m in collections. I called and they said they fixed it. My appt was in October and it’s april now.

This place is ALL ABOUT SALES! It's a like a bad used car lot maskarading as a dentist office. Hygienist tells you one thing and a "dentist" comes in to give you a completely different scenario. If you have insurance, they'll add procedures that you don't even need. When you don't want to do what they diagnosed, they won't even see you for anything else, until you go through the high dollar "procedure". These people have a very sketchy vibe. If you want a trustworthy dentist...DO NOT GO HERE!

The staff at Aspen dental are absolutely amazing. I would recommend need g dental work to go to Aspen Dental. They're friendly but professional and are very on point with how they conduct business. Very pleased with the staff!

My lower Acrylic partial Denture broke into two pieces, requiring repairs. Aspen re-attached the two pieces back together in such haste that the lower would not contact the upper teeth properly, & it also did not fit onto the lower mandible properly. In order to fix my now messed up lower Denture, I had to go to another Dentist to get things straightened out enough to eat. Even then, it does not fit properly, due to the bad workmanship Aspen did for me in reattaching the two pieces out of alignment. I do not recommend anyone having work done at Aspen Dental.

We just moved to the area and needed a new dentist. The staff was amazing, personable, and very professional. My children we treated with such care, as was I. I would absolutely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone!

Had three exstractions, everything went great. I was in and out in less then an hour. The whole experience was awesome, would definitely recommend to anyone needing a checkup extractions.
