I scheduled an appointment last week for my dad today at 8:30am 6/21/2022. Yesterday, 6/20/2022 someone from Aspen called to confirm his appointment, his name, and I replied yes - my dad would be there today. I warned them that my parents might need some help since they're elderly.

This morning, my parents arrived to the office at 8:08am, but the doors were locked. The women inside the office clearly saw them at the door, but ignored them.

Another customer outside in the parking lot told them that they had to call the number first, so my mom did.

She gave the woman on the phone my dad's name, and the woman said they had no such name in the system. Note that this woman didn't even ask how his name was spelled - my dad's name isn't an easy one to spell.

She then asked for phone number, and while they were trying to remember my dad's number, the lady didn't even wait and hung up on them after saying to make another appointment.

My parents left at 8:30am, unable to get in for the appointment I had made.

They were completely outraged by the experience, and of course I got an earful from them, too.

I'm not sure what kind of business you all are running here, but this seems completely disorganized and lacking in customer service.

Make another appointment? Are you kidding me? Why on earth would anyone give you another chance after this kind of bs?

They claim walk-ins and emergencies are welcome but apparently not. I called to see about getting my mouth looked at because it was swollen and I was in immense pain and they told me they're not accepting emergency clients. Ridiculous.

Was experiencing real bad tooth ache went to Aspen as a new patient walk in and my experience was great.The Staff was very friendly and the updated equipment they use helped found the problem quickly. Felicia and Tiffany were the dental assistants that made sure I was comfortable there. I love people like them because I could tell they love the job they chose. Aspen Dental is best choice I made and will continue to go back.

My husband had a tooth hurting. He made an appointment at Aspen Dental. They looked at it and took x-rays and told him nothing was wrong with his tooth. A couple of weeks later the tooth broke in half while he was eating chilli. After sitting on hold for 20 minutes with Jennifer at Aspen Dentals Airport Blvd location the phone was hung up. He calls back and Jennifer answers the phone again and puts him on hold. After 15 more minutes they hang up again. The third time calling he didn't let her out him on hold and was able to make an appointment. His appointment was today at 1. We arrived at 1. There were four people there ahead of us that their appointments were at 1. Everyone ahead of us was called back within 10 minutes. Then the four people behind us were called back. After the fifth person that came in after us was called back my husband attempted to get an update from the woman at the counter ( one that wasn't there when he checked in) he was informed that he was next to be called back. She didn't even ask his name. Two more people were called back, one of their appointments was at two. It was 2:30 at this point. We got a copy of his x-rays and left.

I took my 14 year old son to Aspen Dental on Airport Blvd. by the interstate. We arrived 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork we waited for 2 hours after the appointment time before we were taken for X-rays. My son needed a cleaning before his braces could be put on by his Orthodontist. When they were doing his X-ray I told them of his Orthodontist appointment and getting his teeth cleaned before his braces were put on. I felt like as some as they knew the only business they were getting from me was a cleaning the staff became short with us. All they did was look at his mouth and say he needed a cleaning and a filling in one of his teeth. Would not tell me which tooth and scheduled me for a different day for the cleaning. I asked why they didn’t clean his teeth at this visit and was told it was a consultation to see what “kind” of cleaning he needed.I was a little upset for waiting so long to be seen then to be rescheduled for a cleaning and filling. I made the appointment for the cleaning and they said it would be 244.00 for the cleaning and filling even though I have insurance! When I tried to question why it was so expensive they just kept saying it was the “kind” of cleaning he needed. I made the appointment for the cleaning and filling. We went in for the cleaning and did not have it scheduled, I showed them the appointment card they gave me. The staff was rude and the hygienist tried to sell me products as soon as we were called back for the cleaning! Waited 2 1/2 hours for a 10 minute cleaning that I was charge 125.00 for! I canceled everything else and told them I would not be back or recommend anyone I know to come there for any dental services! May 2021

first time experiencing a wisdom teeth pull . They got me numb up took bout 2 mins to pull both teeth very easy and didn’t feel anything .i would definitely be back

Everyone of the staff was super friendly and very helpful and they where able to get me fixed right up and was able to explain to me in a manner the I could understand. I would highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.
