I went to Aspen Dental today October the 5th at 11:00 it was absolutely wonderful I can't believe how quickly it was done I didn't realize my teeth was being pulled but they are the best.

I was lied to about paradontal disease I am disabled and I was there for free evaluation for wisdom teeth next thing I know I was charged for x rays and over 3000.00 $ in work my dentist I have used Northcut Dental I was concerned I called them this morning and I have seen them a month ago for a broken tooth and had 6 months check up they told me I didn’t have paradintal disease if I get a charge on my insurance I will seek professional action tread carefully you live and learn where is the trust between patient and care took advantage of my kindness not right and they should be ashamed Lance Vickery Mobile Alabama sad but true …….

There were alot of people there when I arrived for my 4pm appointment. I had to stand for at least an hour before I was called back. The girl doing the X-rays was rushing, rude (OPEN! OPEN! OPEN!), and seemed to not have a firm grasp on what she was supposed to be doing. The dental hygienist and dentist I saw were great. They were polite, thorough, and gentle. The dentist spoke to me as if I were a human being. She was the best. This isn’t a ‘feels like family’ kind of place, but if you’re in need of dental care they get the job done.

Dr. Torres at Aspen Dental on airport by Rooms To Go was amazing! He’s efficient as well as fast with his work! I’ve had two teeth extracted and a wisdom tooth and it has been a breeze! The staff is friendly and they offer a credit program for people with no insurance!

I had a great experience working with the dentists here. They were quick to get me in on an emergency dental appointment for a lot of pain. They took care of me straight away and my insurance luckily covered the majority of the cost of surgery for the tooth extractions required to fix the pain. Even if I didn’t have enough money to pay for it all in one go they offered payment plan options and everything to get it squared away. The communication was clear about expectations before and after the surgery. It was quick and painless during the surgery and took less than an hour to complete. I would go back here any day for dental needs!

I had a wonderful experience, from the front desk to the dentist. Everyone was friendly they took time to explain everything they also asked me questions. They made a plan for what I need done. The office manager did a wonderful job putting the plan in action. I have already recommended someone to them.

My wife has been trying to work with these folks for months for services paid for in advance. I could write a book on issues with this facility. If you need to reach them it’s nearly impossible with calls after calls not being answered and I’m not exaggerating. She’s been three times with a 4th coming up for scans for a crown with various reasons why they need to take a new one. Compounding that is she doesn’t get informed when there’s an issue. She calls to check after weeks and is told she has to come in to prep for an order once again. This time she has to go in because she’s had a temp so long waiting for services that it fell out. The wait even with an appointment my God the wait…I went once to see about service for myself and that was all it took. No communication and a wait worse than an ER visit. Only after the 3rd visit for the same issue are they only offering a discount but not refund for services that have been delayed for their errors. You obviously can make your own mind up about the place but I would give a good long pause before locking into an investment with them. I’ve held from writing this review since before Christmas 21 in hopes things would change for the better for her but here we are nearly July and she’s getting another temp filling and another scan (4th) for services paid for months ago. Quantity not quality.
**They refunded the crown itself but not services related to the procedure.

Scheduled an appointment 5 days in advance for severe pain broktooth.After arriving they took my x-rays .insurance and told me to return in a week.was nor helpful please don't waste your time with them
