Never really felt comfortable going to the dentist. They have always scared me. But this place has been so amazing. I highly recommend giving this place try. When are greeted by Taylor at the front desk. So definitely makes you feel at home and welcomed. Right before you leave you get to meet Ariel who just make sure you are completely satisfied and taking care of before leaving this place.

My initial visit with Aspen Dental of Richmond KY was for a routine cleaning on 14Nov2022. The receptionist was extremely informative and knowledgeable about their practices and processes, from payment options to dental plans. I followed that visit up with an extraction on 17Nov2022. The dental team made me feel comfortable by easing my worries and concerns. The extraction was quick and painless, to say the least, and the assistants went over aftercare procedures with me before departing the office.

Aspen Dental of Richmond showed a high level of professionalism and empathy toward their patients, and will always guarantee you leave with a complete dental plan for your confidence and smile. My next visit is scheduled for 28Nov2022, and oddly enough, I'm quite excited for the appointment. That goes to show my comfort level with Aspen Dental of Richmond KY.

Simply amazing! They take very good care of customers and awesome any questions or worries you may have. I have a fear of going to the dentist normally but since the first time I’ve visited aspen dental I’ve felt comfortable and never had a problem. Highly recommend!

I was quoted a price of 447.50 for a crown and 142.50 for filling two cavities. I have the consult summary they gave me on 1/16/23. It has written on it the two amounts from above. I was told that I needed to pay half when making the appointment. I called back on 1/23/23 and made the appointment. I didn't mention the cost, but the lady taking my call said it would be 330.00 and I paid that with my debit card. She evidently had my consult summary as a reference. It does say estimated based on my insurance. I went to my appointment on 1/26/23 and the lady waiting on me at the front was acting weird and went to talk with another lady. When they finally got it work out she came back to me and said I owed 900+....basically 1000.00 to be paid right then. I told her that was wrong and gave her the numbers I was quoted. She said she didn't know anything about that and the crown alone was over 1300. I'm not sure if this would have been the total or the half I was supposed to pay upfront. I just asked for a refund of the 330 I had already given them and left. I can understand a little more above the quote but that was ridiculous. My insurance covers 50% so evidently they were charging 2600 for a crown quoted to me with insurance at 447.50. Either the office people are incompetent or they expected me to accept a vastly different bill than the quote and just pay it. Either way...not good business. I wasted my time and a day of work. I will say the actual dental staff was wonderful and I hate losing that. I had had a cleaning and peridonal treatment on 1/16/23 and the staff was amazing that took care of me! 5 stars for the dental workers...0 for the office staff!

I have visited twice as of this date and I am proud to say my teeth & guns feel so much better! The staff at Aspen Dental in Richmond are outstanding at what they do!! Every procedure explained thoroughly along with detailed prep time & costs.. I will begin the process of getting two implants and I couldn’t be happier!!! So excited I chose Aspen Dental!!!!

It's was a very up to date building and equipment, and it was very clean and sanitized. The staff was I would say the friendliest that I have ever dealt with and been associated with I was very very impressed. They're knowledge and they're willingness to find out answers to questions I asked that they didn't know when above and beyond what I expected.

WOW! My first time at Aspen dental was today and every single staff member, starting with the sweet girl at the front desk all the way up to the doctor, was so kind, patient and thoughtful. I definitely will continue coming to Aspen at this location, even though it’s a longer drive for me, just because the staff is amazing and their service is impeccable!

My experience with Aspen has just started and I have found them to be professional and welcoming to all. They seem to be doing all they can to to provide service understanding the importance for my mental health of fixing my smile and confidence. I'm hoping thing will go smoothly and quickly.

I was satisfied with my first two visits. However on my most recent visit the hygienist left the room in the middle of my cleaning and was gone for at least 10 minutes. I had to have a form filled out for an upcoming surgery .They took the form to fax it to my doctor and when I ask for a copy no one seemed to know what I was talking about and had to hunt for the form. I was given the wrong paper . I finally received the correct form . I think the office staff were not very organized . The doctor was professional and I have no problem with his treatment.

The best dental business I have ever been too. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thay were very Fast and efficient. Not to mention the one of the most beautiful staff I had the pleasure to meet. 😉
