Went in to get implant done with quoted little over 3500. So cheaply quoted in fact I asked them to do both upper and lower. Was quoted 7500 for both.. Had my procedure and my upper was not done. Then to my surprise on my last visit I was hit with another $1,700 Bill bringing my total up to around 6,000. Well above the 3500 I was quoted. If you like bait and switch tactics I would recommend coming here if not look elsewhere. Tried to speak with the regional manager and call was never returned.

Ok... so I went in to have my dentures fitted... it didn't go as well as I hoped it would! I know it's early but I hope it gets better!!! Top don't fit good... and the bottom isn't even close! Like I said... hopefully I can get some adjustments

So I went back today to get some more adjustments and Zoey came to my rescue!!! She went above and beyond to make my experience sooooooo much better!!!

I came here because first off they was the only office that would let me come that day. Second I broke my partial and they repaired it for me. Saving me so much money. From the first phone call to the very end everyone was so kind, professional, and easy to work with. I have been and will be referring anyone else to their office in Richmond Kentucky. They are a very patient oriented office. It is not all about the mighty dollar to them but your care. They are wonderful and I have a phobia of dentist so that is saying something about how great they all were. I love them.
