I was very happy with my experience at this office. The receptionist greeted me with a smile, and was supper impressed with how fast check in was. The X-rays were a breeze. I got to spend time with the hygienist and Dr. who were very friendly and was helpful explaining my options. I was only scheduled for an exam but was able to be fit in for the cleaning. The lady who cleaned my teeth was fenaminal. I finished my visit with the office manager Jade. She was very attentive to my plan of care and helped me finance options for my teeth. I had my son with me and they were really good with him also. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to try this place out.

They were so welcoming and got me straight in and out. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks for meeting my needs.

I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning. That’s it. A simple cleaning. I showed up early for my appointment and waited 20 minutes past it’s start time to even see a nurse. It had been a while since my last visit so they took some X-Rays. I then sat there for another hour and a half before the doctor came in. The doctor took her dental and did a short examination before moving me back to their waiting room, where after a short wait(surprisingly), I was brought to the office where they asked me what my availability was so they could schedule my cleaning... are you kidding me. That was the biggest waste of time. If anyone is bored and looking to kill some time. Please contact Aspen Dental in Richmond Kentucky. They’re the best at it. They wasted over 2 hours of my time.

I have to give one star otherwise I couldn't leave a review. Im advising anyone that needs a good place for dentures not to visit this place. I trusted richmond ky aspen dental just to be ripped off for 1,175 they do not hold up to what they advertise.... this place has no doors on exam rooms (hippa) violation. They told me when I first went in to this place that the dentures I had chose would be adjusted as my gums healed. Not true I went back for my first adjustment because they never fit from the beginning and they said they couldn't adjust them any further. So they had me to come in to be fitted for my permanent denture just to be told I needed to pay another 400. I told them I wanted a refund and they said ok this was November 20th it is now December 20th and still no refund so now I am forced to involve an attorney come Monday morning and aspen dental will be owing me more than what they have stolen already. Oh not to mention that when a patient is in the office they talk bad about that person and even worse once they leave the office. Its sad that a place that is supposed to make you feel better about yourself and getting a pretty smile has to steal someone's money. Smh please people take your money to affordable dentures in lexington they are awesome and don't steal from their patients...

The staff was friendly, assuring, and personable. I was extremely nervous and they were so kind and talked to me about every question I had and then talked to me about tv shows, my job, etc. they got my IV in with one try (which is hard for me historically) and overall they were amazing. So far, a day after my wisdom teeth extraction, I am sore but feeling much better than I even expected.

Had a broken tooth that was hurting bad and needed an emergency tooth extraction. They were able to fit me in and extract my tooth after a thorough examination. They are very nice and very good at what they do. The extraction site is healing fast. I did not have to use any pain medication afterwards. The experience was the best! I am definitely going back along with other family members. So glad I found a great dentist!

The staff is nice, however they lied to me just to get money so be carful. They made me believe I needed a $450 treatment that I actually did not need. I was very upset after the fact & did not appreciate the dishonesty at all, also I was robbed out of $450 that I needed. My advice, make the trip to Lexington and go to immadent or UK dentistry, they have a great wonderful staff & their services are affordable.

I want to Thank Marlana for going out of her way to help me... I would also like to thank the lab tech at aspen for doing an awesome job on my dentures, they turned out out great, I would reccomend Aspen Dental to anyone... the dentist & the employees are super friendly especially Marlana and they make you feel as comfortable as possible. So again thanks for the awesome work on the dentures.

Most thorough cleaning I’ve had. Everyone was extremely nice and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!!
