Awesome team..treated really nice..beautiful place

I am definitely a "senior" and have been to many dentists over the years. I have NEVER been to a dental office like the Aspen in Richmond, KY. It started with the lady at the front, Marlana, so kind and professional and always got me in quickly.
The hygienist was amazing. Her name was Whitney. She was so thorough. She did not rush and shared lots of information with me. She gave me two bottles of additional products that would be good for my teeth. She "measured" my gum gaps. No one hd done that in a while. I had 2 crowns that were in bad shape and their gaps were too big. Of course, Whitney took care of the infections with explicit directions for the antibiotics. I thought it was funny that a hygienist would tell me not to floss for a little while. She was the best.
Dr. Engle, the dentist, was unbelievable. She was so kind, always making sure I was comfortable. My crowns were decayed and she wanted me to know that she would work on them if I chose. However, there may be a problem with the nerves, and she wanted me to know that. She worked at least an hour on those crowns with my permission. I told her I was sure before long she was going to climb into the chair so she could drill better. AMAZING doctor. Kelsey was her assistant, supporting or helping through it all. She is going to school and only there one day a week. She is great. So professional. You should hire her quick when she finishes school.
Last but not least, there was an administrator, Jade, who helped me a lot as she explained costs, etc. Again, so professional, but friendly. I had new insurance and she helped me understand the payments and final cost. I was always kept informed. I think that would be a hard job, but she did it with such grace. I was very pleased with the bottom line. I was really.... glad to pay the bill. I felt that the care I received was well worth it.
I know this was a long "epistle", but I felt this team deserved it. They really work well together.

The entire staff explained every procedure accordingly. Although my insurance is not covered through them, they discussed several financing options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Have recommended them to my family. Now my daughter will be going there.

I had a tooth extracted and needed a follow up appt in order to "shave" my jaw bone smooth because the jagged edges were cutting through the newly healed gum. The dentist I saw on 5/29/19 was so rough, that my throat swelled into golf ball sized lumps in two places from having her finger shoved into it so roughly. The metal tongue depresser the assistant used to pull my tongue away from my tooth was pressed so hard against my tongue and the soft tissue that connects it to the gum line, that it is STILL swollen and bruised badly today. I was unable to swallow for 12 hours without excruciating pain after ward, even with medication. I will not be returning and highly, highly recommend reconsidering using this place. Giving 2 stars because they are quick to get you scheduled and are courteous. But considering I'm in more pain now than when i had the tooth pulled, I'm concerned that the quality of care has slipped.

Little wait time before going in for my appointment. The employees were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were mindful of my comfort while doing what they needed to do.

Had a great experience getting started on the way to a new set of dentures. Everyone was wonderful and helped me a lot. The process was explained and carried thru with ease. Can't wait to get my teeth.

I had a pleasant experience , very courteous , caring staff, thorough examination by oral hygienist and dentist , as well . The dentist took her time to discuss a detailed plan of treatment to resolve my dental issues and options I might consider. I highly recommend this dental practice to those in need of good dental care.

Aspen dental made me feel comfortable, and easy about seeing a dentist. I am returning to have some work done. Assistant's and dentist were all very nice and made you feel comfortable. Would recommend to any one.

I am very glad I made the decision to go with Aspen. They answered all my questions and were very friendly. They made sure I was comfortable during my procedure and relieved all my worries. Will be the only place I go from here forward.
