Going to this location of Aspen dental, was an amazing experience. From the moment I walked into the facility until I left, the ladies were extremely polite and cheerful( and my visit was one of the last of the day) . In all my years of having dental work done, these ladies were by far the most knowledgeable and friendly.

This place is super nice and clean, also seems organized. They're super helpful in explaining cost of everything. Their tecnology seems pretty top of the line. All the nurses are SUPER sweet and helpful. The doctors could be more enthusiastic but they are super helpful and will make you feel comfortable as well.

TL:DR
Aspen Dental wanted to charge my wife and I total of $3,000+/- for procedures I did not need. My new dentist told me I did not need any of those procedures and I'd have my teeth for a lifetime if I continue to take care of them as I been.
Aspen Dental is in it for the money and manipulation of patients that lack their education and the naive. Do your research and make sure you get a complete list of what they want to do and cost, regardless of insurance coverage. Seek second opinions and don't settle for their "free first exam" gimmicks.

I highly recommend this place. They have a wonderful set of staff and Dr. that welcome you and make you feel comfortable. They go above and beyond to make sure their patients are satisfied before they leave there. What more can you ask for when it comes to dental work, than to have a place that you can rely on to get your needs met.

This was the very first time going to aspen dental and it was a great first impression. Ashley the dental assistant was very kind and funny and made every feel easier. And Marlana the assistant office manager help me with all my questions these two made my visit great.

Been going to Aspen ever since they opened in Richmond, KY. Great atmosphere and everyone is great, had to get a clearance for hip replacement this time. They were able to work me in and took care of me, I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. Just wished you took Medicaid insurance, but I can afford to pay for a cleaning every 6 months.

Connie was slow about going to the dentist but she went.She had the most wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. Thank you folks for being so wonderful. You made her feel like you were her friends. She has been telling everyone about your clinic.

It was a horrible experience! It took them so long to get to me. Then come in and numbed me and left me in there for almost 30mins b4 anyone came bk into the room! The numbing medication was almost wore off b4 the dentist ever got to me. The staff there was nice but after I got done with everything they hurried me out of there with nothing to manage my pain when I got home😱😨.. I would never recommend them to ANYONE!! I would give them no stars if possible!!
*UPDATE*
The tooth they pulled the day I was there was abscessed, No one told me there it is ILLEGAL to pull a tooth that is infected!! Well they did & now I am @ the hospital in Lexington because pulling it while infected caused me to have a BLOOD INFECTION (Serrita Marceneses) a type of infection that comes from a medical environment!! So people please don't go here & if u do do not let them pull a tooth if it is infected or impacted because u will end up in the hospital like me for 1month on IV antibiotics..
