They pulled a tooth pulled and 1 cut out. Butchered my gums refused to see me or help me. Went to another dentist and they called Aspen to let them know I was swollen and in pain 7 days after the procedure. Aspen then pushed me out another 8 days and told me to work through the pain. I do not recommend this for anyone. Richmond KY office is a joke!!!!

The people are kind and friendly but the company really needs help. I have been there 3 times and they are always overbooked the dentist could not be troubled to look. They always claim i own some money as my insurance provider didn’t pay a portion. I see the scan check the insurance sent. I am not sure what the break down is. If my insurance doesn’t cover it why are you doing the service without discussing it. Feels a bit scammy!

I went in with a loose filling & they weren't able to replace it since it was a very large filling and my tooth had broken a little. They were able to put a temporary crown on for me the same day. With it being a front tooth I am so grateful they fixed it straight away. The staff and the doctor were all very kind and friendly. I recommend Aspen Dental to everyone.

I was Quoted a price ( promotion price ) only to find out the day before my appointment, that price went up. Bad way to do business! I am very upset with Richmond ky Aspen. I started to cry, so I just hung up. False advertising! Angela Miller

I would recommend aspen dental to all my family and friends. They are super nice take time to listen to you. They are very friendly and do their best to make you feel comfortable. Im terrified to go to the dentist but my experience with them was great! Dr.G.Engle was super nice and so was all the Dental Assistants. And the front desk lady Brie was very helpful.
Just had my 2nd appointment with Aspen and it was just a great as the first visit.. made me feel as comfortable as possible (because of me being so nervous) and explained everything and took the their time to discuss my patient plan. I would recommend this place very much.
