Warning to everyone, they will not stand behind their work. I had a permanent retainer that cracked where it is cemented to my teeth. They took off the cement that that was there and reattached it. I had had it for 12 years prior to it cracking. About a month later it cracked again. They wanted me to pay again because they didn't put it in "originally". This makes no sense since they did all the work besides make the metal piece. So if something happens they will want you to pay again!

Make sure they take your insurance before you go! I got there, checked in had a ton of x rays done, had the exam done, they came in to start on my tooth extraction they started asking me if I wanted another procedure done I asked if my insurance covered it they asked who I had I told them and the lady looked at me and said didnt they tell you we dont take your insurance? I said no bit the worst part...I EVEN TOLD THE LADY THE INSURANCE I HAD AT THE FRONT DESK WHEN I ARRIVED! Needless to say I still have my tooth and in tremendous pain.

Its been a year since i had dental work done. They are all friendly except for the female dentist but shes not there very often. Dr diamond is kind. However ive had nothing but problems out of my teeth since this office touched them they were bad before but now they are 2000% times worse, especially the teeth that the female dentist touched. I cannot stress, beg, or pled to you, DO NOT let that woman touch your teeth. Dont let anyone work on your teeth here. I am constantly in tooth pain, i paid $900 after insurance (total cost being $2500) and its not worth it. I wish i didnt do it, i wish i went somewhere else, people told me they heard bad things but i gave them the benefit of the doubt and i regret it. So. Much. Regret.
Staff is friendly, thats the only redeeming thing about this place. Please go somewhere else.

Everyone there is super friendly! I've always dreaded going to the dentist from previous bad experiences, but they are great. I'm glad I went to them.

I got here at 12:20 and called and told them 3 cars showed Up after me in about 10 minutes. Every car got serviced BEFORE me... My grandma is blind and we had to wait while all these other people get helped even though we go here first right before appointment. Would.not recommend unless you like being treated like a number And not a human being.

Great work being done in an amazing environment! The team always makes everyone feel comfortable and like you're part of the gang. Doc Engle is top class. Scarlett is amazing! Hard to make people laugh and want to come back to the dentist, but she always finds a way.

Very bad experience waited two hours for the dentist to look in my mouth for 5 seconds after I had been in pain with a wisdom tooth to be told that I was wrong. Never saw the xrays never got the full exam. Waited 2 hours for 5 minutes of me being told I was wrong about my own mouth. Horrible expwrience dont want to return.

Nice people but felt like I was at a car dealer with all the up selling including an electric toothbrush. Listened to what they had to sell and went to another dentist that cared about my concerns and not their up selling. They will respond to this post with a "we'll inform our manager" but nothing will change. Take my advise seek a dentist not associated with a "chain store".
