I'm sorry we went to have our teeth cleaned an we didn't even get that. All they wanted us to do was to pay for a deep cleaning an our insurance didn't pay for that. So we left an we won't recamend them to anyone there just wanting to do high dollar things an persons on social security can't afford things like this so no thank u we won't be back

Aspen referred me to an oral surgeon for review of my mandible following surgery. The surgeon I saw was extrememly rude. The first words he said, was"I don't know why you're here". I am in desperate need of help, but left in tears. When I reported my experience, Aspen then said they couldn't see me.

I had other business in Richmond (I live about an hour drive SE) which finished early. So, I arrived a little more than an hour early for an appointment to repair a tiny crack in my upper denture. Although I assured the resepsionist I could wait she insisted they could get me right in which they did. To take xrays. Then to wait in an exam room. Some 3 1/2 hours later I was finally released. When I did get to see the dentist I was very impressed with him. Really up front guy.

I had to take my son, 10yrs old, in for a cavity. It was a baby tooth and needed pulled. The staff is incredibly patient and were amazing with him! We will definitely be going back!

I have honestly never been to a dental office that went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. These ladies. Explained EVERYTHING that was going on and being done. Everyone was so amazing!!! I'm highly empressed with them and will not being going anywhere but!!

Had discomfort from biting pressure between a newer crown and older crown. With the newer crown being a harder material from the older crown, the older crown was causing discomfort. The bite was adjusted which significantly reduced the discomfort thus far. Need to try out other foods to test it out further to see if it might need another minor adjustment. The overall visit was very good.

Iv gone to several dentist in the past, neither would pull out my infected tooth. They actually accomplished what last go dentist iv seen wouldnt attempt. They were very professional and did a great job.
