Avoid at all costs. They take money and do not return your money in a speedy manor. They like to keep your money over a month when not satisfied with they're poor craftsmanship. Poor customer service as well rude people.

Dr. Rule is a fantastic Dentist. This is the 1st time that I have had teeth extracted with do further complications, and Dr. Rule removed two teeth upper back. It has only been 2 days, I have had NO pain, NO swelling, light bleeding, and today if feels like I am completely healed. Was really scared about getting those teeth pulled because one was broken and pretty much rotted and my roots are very long. now I'm not afraid to go back to get my partials. Can not say enough good things about Dr. Rule and her ENTIRE OFFICE STAFF !!!

My experience with Aspen Dental was awful! After the initial consultation I was optimistic. Unfortunately, that was short lived. As I was being prepped for the procedure they numbed my mouth to pull my remaining 15 teeth. The dentist gave me a total of about ten shots of novicane which I thought was a little excessive but I went with it because I didn't want to feel them ripping my teeth from the bone. About three quarters of the way through my procedure I started to feel the pain. I immediately stopped them and they gave me another five shots of novicane. We waited another ten minutes or so and continued. About five minutes after the procedure was over I started to feel the novicane wearing off. If you've ever had a tooth pulled you know that if you don't start pain medication soon after that feeling, you're in for a rough time. During this time is when they jammed my temporary dentures in. The temporary dentures are made of a hard plastic material that dug in to my already swollen and painful gums making the pain almost unbearable. I make it out to the lobby and I am handed my prescriptions. I looked down at the prescription for my pain meds and had to do a double take. Why would they give me such a weak prescription for pain? I immediately looked at her with tears in my eyes and asked if she would please give me something stronger. She was unsympathetic and downright ugly as she repeatedly denied my request.The dosage she gave me was a dosage I haven't had since I was a child. After some research and phone calls to other dentists, I found out there was a reason for that, because it was a child's dosage. My first question to the dentists and doctors I interviewed was "how do you know what dose of pain medication to give someone who is in severe pain?" The answers were all consistent with each other down to the same terminology. They told me "pain medication is dosed based on the patients weight and age." In my case I should have been dosed twice as strong a dose as I actually was. There is no excuse for the incompetent and uncaring way I was treated. In short, if you want a place to treat you like a second-hand citizen, is full of incompetent, unsympathetic dentists who demonstrate a complete lack of empathy, then Aspen Dental is for you.
P.S. I didn't even get into the dangerous levels of novicane that were pumped in my gums!

This is one of the best dental facilities I’ve visited! The staff is wonderful, the wait time is likened to a normal wait time for an appointment, no more, no less. The cost is not bad, but I have great insurance:) I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone!

I had a 9 am appointment. I got there at 8:45 am. I did not get taken back till 9:40 am. There were 2 or 3 people that came in after me went back before I did. I finally went to the desk and asked what was going on and he went in the back and came back out and didn't say anything then a few minutes later I got called back. NOT happy with this.

Dr. Allyson Engle is one the best dentists in the business. She is very sensitive to her patients needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else..... Lead dental assistant Sam was aslso incredible and made me feel real comfortable and did an excellent job. I can't say enough about this place ..thanks again everyone at Aspen dental you all rock

I liked the personnel but did not appreciate having to wait so long for service. I think they overbook. Both times I was there I spent 2 hours + to receive 15 minutes of services. My time is as valuable as theirs. It is disrespectful to make a patient wait so long.
