This visit was a great experience for both my husband and myself. We were able to get an appointment within just a couple days. Fast, friendly service. Convenient hours and the staff was very thorough in their explanations.

I am 59 years old a male and I seen quite a few dentist in my life ! I been scared as a child even thinking I got to go to them ! as a child and even as an adult all I could visualize they were vultures with needles as claws ! However my wife look for me somewhere better and sent me to Aspen Dential and I thought here we go ! My pain was so bad for three weeks I gave up and went , and boy was I surprised ! The lady's were so nice, sweet and warm ,from receptionnes to the xray lady and the hygienist and the lovely office manager ! But not enough can be said for Dr. Ingles yes a woman dentist , never had one but boy was she not just good , I did not even feel the needle shots and she pull three teeth which one was broke into half and pull all three with such tenderness warmth and kind ! I will never see a male dentist again ! the whole office was the most professional people I ever meet ! If you are scared like me going to the dentist then you need to see Aspen Dental in Richmond ky ! I have never in my life felt so comfortable and I even fell asleep for a few minutes ! I felt like I was home and cared for ! Even the prices are great ! If u get to go there please ask for Dr. Ingles and I am sure she treat you like she did me like a baby in need ! I look forward to my next visit ! No more vultures with needles claws but an Angel with a soft touch ! thank you all the ladies that I meet and especially Dr Ingles ! If all offices where run like Aspen Dental Richmond my be a even better place !

Everyone at the Aspen Dental office in Richmond Ky were very pleasant. They explained everything so we understood our options. I recommend them to anyone who need dental work done.

Today, at 12:00pm, I went to Aspen Dental for an appointment scheduled online. On arrival, the receptionist told me that she could not find my appointment. After more searching, she informed me they had no record of me having scheduled any appointment. I had both confirmed my appointment by email, and filled out the pre visit paperwork. After telling her this and offering to show her my email confirmation, she spoke with another receptionist, then told me they could work me in today but could only do a limited exam and not repair the tooth in which I had specifically scheduled the appointment to have repaired. This is the SECOND appointment I have scheduled through Aspen Dental within the past 8 weeks that they have told me they did not have me down for. Even after confirmation…. I absolutely will not return back to Aspen Dental and will not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone in the future.

As a veteran who took part in Aspen Dental's annual Day of Service to honor our nation's veterans , the services I received were excellent and greatly appreciated. The Aspen Dental staff was very courteous and helpful in providing me with much needed services and information. I strongly recommend Aspen Dental for all of your dental needs.

The consultation went well. The only issue I have is the pricing and upsale. Instead of giving alternatives or other places to purchase items like electric toothbrushes or mouth rinse, you add high price items to my estimate. When people are on fixed incomes, would be nice if you could try to work with them. No wonder so many people are walking around with bad teeth or no teeth.

Everybody that I had contact with from the receptionist all the way to the financial manger were very kind and made me feel comfortable. Still have three more appts to go but as of right now I had wonderful experience. ... Would give 5 stars however was in dentist chair hour and half before dentist came in. He was very kind and patient . .. Thank you ASPEN DENTAL OF RICHMOND...

It was horrible, it seemed they didn't know what they were doing when doing the x-rays, I ended up leaving before I even seen the dentist, my mouth was hurting when I left cause they kept hitting my front teeth which wasn't hurting before I went, the whole reason for the visit was to get a partial for the front, kept asking them not to hit the front didn't want them to break before being able to get my partial, this is the worst dental app I have ever had, ending up with a sore in roof of mouth with how many times they took x-rays inside my mouth, very unprofessional!!!! Will never return to aspen dental!!!!

The people at Aspen Dental did a great job on removing a bad tooth. The assistant was great also friendly and enjoyed talking to him. I didn’t have an apointment but they worked me in. I would recommend them highly

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! PLEASE READ!!!! NOBODY AT ASPEN DENTAL IN RICHMOND, KY KNOWS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEFT AND RIGHT. THEY ARE A$$ BACKWARDS IN THERE. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANY MEDICAL PROCEDURES. I WENT IN TO GET A TOOTH PULLED THAT HAD BEEN INFECTED, THEY DIDN’T WANT TO DO IT AT FIRST BUT SAW HOW MUCH PAIN I WAS IN AND DECIDED TO GO AHEAD WITH IT. AFTERWARDS, INSTEAD OF GIVING ME ANTIBIOTICS OR PAIN MEDS, THEY SIMPLY TOLD ME TO “GO ON HOME AND PRAY ABOUT IT.” THREE WEEKS GO BY, EVERYDAY IM CALLING TO SEE IF THEY COULD PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO HELP MY ISSUES BECAUSE I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO GO TO WORK BECAUSE OF THE MASSIVE PAIN IN MY JAW. 3 WEEKS!! THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, YET WANTED ME TO COME IN AND SPEND MORE MONEY ON HAVING MORE TEETH PULLED. THEY COULDN’T PUT ME TO SLEEP, GIVE ME ANY MEDICINE FOR PAIN OR SWELLING AT ALL!! IF YOU WANT TO BE LAUGHED AT WHILE IN SERIOUS MEDICAL PAIN, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.
