Got us in for an emergency with short notice. Staff was very friendly and professional. They did not make you feel bad for not seeing the dentist in a long while. Very up front with cost and treatment plans. Will be back. Thank you!

The dentist who took care of me, I liked his manner. Took time to explain what was involved. He had a kind disposition. The office itself was quite busy. That was not my favorite simply because of COVID. They seemed to be cleaning behind everyone though, so hopefully it is a safe environment.

While at Aspen Dental I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. I met a very knowledgeable doctor and the staff was absolutely fantastic. They answered all my questions with great professionalism and kindness. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

For an initial visit, office very clean, everyone nwas very friendly yet professional. Knew my teeth needed work, and was presented with the facts about what was needed, and the cost involved with options on how to pay for the services. Overall got a good and trusting feeling about the office and staff. Feel as though I have found my dentists office for all future care 😁

The office is clean. The equipment looks up to date and nice. They have some great features, including free evaluations, and discussions about pricing before any procedures are done. However, they are the SLOWEST dentist I have EVER been to, and they aren't very clear about how they are going to utilize your time.

As a first time customer, I came in on a Monday morning at 9:30am having scheduled a routine cleaning. I got there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, but I wasn't called back to be seen until after 9:45am. The x-rays were fairly quick, but when I was placed in an exam chair, I waited another 15-20 minutes to be met by a hygienist. She checked my gums fairly quickly, and then said she'd get the dentist. Another 10-15 minute wait. He came in and poked around in my mouth, and then said that the finance associate would be in shortly. 15minutes later, a woman comes in and asks me to come down to her office. We look at paperwork, we look at pricing, we small talk, and she says: "When would you like to schedule your cleaning?" To which I replied, "I thought that's what I had scheduled today." She apologized, and then said if I would wait about 10 or 15 minutes, my hygienist would free up, and we could take care of my cleaning. This would be an 11:30am cleaning, and it would take approximately a half and hour.

When I was sitting in the waiting area reading, I looked down at the time and realized it was 11:45am. So I approached the desk and asked what was going on. The receptionist checked in the hygienist who said she was behind, and that it would be another 10 minutes or so.

At this point, I rescheduled my appointment for the following Wednesday morning at 8:00am (first appointment can't be that backed up), and left. The hygienist did call a little while later to apologize for the delay, which was nice. Gave me hope for Wednesday morning.

But when Wednesday rolled around, I got there and waited again about 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment to be taken back. The cleaning started immediately, but when she had finished cleaning my bottom teeth, the hygienist had to go help the dentist with something for nearly 20 minutes before returning. By the time she finished what they quoted as a 30 minute appointment, it had been over an hour.

Moral of the story: they are nice and thorough, but don't expect it to be fast. It is my impression that they are over-scheduled and under-staffed. Hope this helps.

They were the only ones amid the closings to get me a new set of top teeth before my big interview!! Got several steps done in one day. Had to pay out of pocket and the prices were fair. People were so nice and judgement free. Highly recommend.

Very nice people. Also, they are great dealing with a very talkative child that has to move around all the time. Highly recommend 😉

The atmosphere of the place was good. Had a life-threatening infection in my face that would not heal until I have the tooth pulled. I've been in the ER the last two days getting antibiotics through an IV to stop the infection from going septic. I was told that the exam and x-rays would be free and that I would get 20% off my treatment. But when I got there they told me my x-rays would be $118. And that the dentist would not remove my tooth unless he could get the x-rays. I've been explained that the x-rays and visit we're supposed to be free. The doctor then came and waive the fees and removed my tooth with just novacaine. And then charged me $176 sent me home with no pain medicine and no antibiotics. I still had antibiotics from the hospital that I continue to take. The doctor was great he was kind I loved him. You made me feel comfortable. The only thing I can say is that money seems to be more important to them than their patients comfort. Can you imagine having your entire face swollen even your eyes swollen almost shut from infection. Then having to pay almost $200 for just a few shots of Novocaine and to have your tooth ripped out of your face. Syncope sent home with only a small piece of paper with a few instructions on it. Seems like if you want the good treatment in this office you have to have money.

Joke. Unless they can get a few grand from you, medical unaccepted.
