Everyone was so nice and friendly from the staff at the front desk, assistant, dentist, hygienist and accounting.

They are very busy so very hard to reach. The online scheduling is not correct. You can schedule online as an existing patient. Process is very difficult in general. I would not really suggest going there.

I would like to thank the staff. They're top notch. Informative ,friendly, and very comforting.
The dentist on the other hand has a bad bedside manner. I was given Halcion to relax me but other than numbing meds in the needle I wasn't given anything else. No gas or asked if I hurt...nothing.
I felt almost every stick from the needles especially the ones in the roof of my mouth . They were so painful that I was clenching the chair arm and raising up from the chair. When I asked about getting gas I was told I didn't need it by the dentist. Thank God I had all my teeth pulled so I will never have to go through that again.
It was a very traumatic experience but because the dentist is very unconcerned about his patients comfort.
Oh and I was told that the Halcion would sedate me enough that I wouldn't remember anything and this is so not true. I remember alot and I mean alot of pain.

They made my apointment a month ahead confirmed it twice and when I showed up a my 6:15 for my appointment they told me they were closing early. I was livid. They just confirmed my appointment the day before. I won't go back. They never had the courtesy to call me and change today if they knew they were closing. Then they want to make me wait. Month for an appointment

very nice dental practice, nice waiting room, very congenial receptionist, remembered my name from a previous appointment, the staff was very welcoming and professional. the dentist was very knowledgable and inspired confidence. the office manager was also very knowledgable and was able to explain what was to be done and about the payment plans available. the only complaint that i have is that you are kept waiting a long time once taken back, and secondly and probably even more importantly the patient restroom was filthy. someone had made a mess in there and it was almost unusable because of the filth, i complained but it was met with no interest on the part of the person i complained to, i hope this will be remedied as a medical or dental office should be clean because it instills confidence that the practice is kept clean.

Yesterday was my second visit to Aspen in Richmond KY. After having such a great experience my first visit, I was certain my second wouldn’t live up to those standards. I was wrong. The young lady at the front desk is quick, efficient, caring and welcoming. The techs are wonderful. They’re very knowledgeable, gentle and distinguished at their profession. Both Dr. & Dr.Engle have shown me the best “bedside” manners I’ve ever experienced. They keep you informed but calm. They listen and are understanding. They each perform with excellence. Finally, the finance coordinators are there to make sure you find a way to afford any and all procedures or dental equipment you need and they do it with the best attitude. Start to finish, this office and it’s people have been a miracle for me. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Thank you Aspen Dental!

In short, though I had challenged the staff that in my lifetime I had yet to have a positive dentist office visit. However, giving credit where due, everything about my denture needs was met professionally, custom fit to my schedule, and even after the extraction surgery painless enough not to require even an aspirin. The denture itself looks great and fits correctly. Good job folks!

The office staff was extremely nice and they helped us right away. However the dentist himself wasn’t the nicest to my husband when he was doing the procedure.
