From my perspective during my appointment with Maurice I experienced a descent well done procedure. He was kind during my appointment and checked to see if I was comfortable with the wire of my braces . He was respectful and a good doctor.

My twins appointment was at 2:00pm for cavity filling. It was 4:19pm and we were still waiting for services. Dr. Roark allowed another family to skip my son which delayed us even longer. I finally left & received a call immediately after asking to bring papers back. However I did not have any papers so the staff had to be unorganized. The atmosphere is very ghetto and highly unprofessional. I will take my twins to another dentist for here on out.

I really did not like the service here I came in to see if they could take a look at my insurance to see if they where in-network and the lady was not so helpful, neither did she try to ask any of her co-workers to help. When I asked about the prices she stated that she could not tell me unless I made and appointment and that she did not know the prices, but long story short I will not be going back. Good news I did find a dentist that was more informative and helpful!

My nurse was Jaime Baggett, and was very welcoming and hospitable. Dr. Tara Pursley was knowledgeable and kind and took the time to explain my upcoming procedures. Good team at kool smiles.

The hygienist that took care of me, Deidra, was so wonderful! She was so thorough in cleaning my teeth and was really funny. Things kept going wrong with the equipment and while it probably would have irritated most people I just laughed with her. Derrick oil my X-rays and we were cutting up and laughing the whole time too. The dentist I saw (I can’t remember her name) was just great. I’ve never had a dentist take so much time creating a treatment plan with me. I was comfortable enough to talk to her about some cosmetic concerns I have with my teeth. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the receptionist was a little iffy. I was not greeted with a smile. In fact she never smiled until I was leaving but I had to go out of my way to get one from her. Overall I had a great experience and I’ve made another appointment to start on my treatment plan.

I had a wonderful experience. I came in today with concerns about issues with my gums and discoloration of my teeth. They answered all of my questions, and made me feel very welcomed. My dental assistant was China, and my dentist was Dr. Purslay! Great service!

They do a good job but they are very slow to have so many workers my appointment was at 930 and I didn't leave until 1245 and that is ridiculous when all my 2 year old needed was a teeth cleaning. I was 30mins late for work
