The Hygienist Laneka was very informative and took very good care of my dental cleaning and Dr. Pursley even worked me in for same day treatment... The Sunnybrook Dentistry staff was very helpful.. Great Experience over All!!!

I do not have enough good things to say about the Kool Smiles office in Hattisburg! I'm an adult woman who went in with the need to have a tooth extracted. They made me feel completely comfortable and Andrea and Dr Maharrey were great!

So many things went wrong, I should of known in the beginning. Front desk staff is not friendly. Long wait to be called back almost 2 hours after set appt. Now mind you I have insurance and Was quoted one price for All the work my daughter supposedly needed and paid a little over $400 in office, I was told my part. Then received a bill in the mail a couple weeks later wanting more money. When I called I was told it was for an extra procedure that the dentist had to do once she got in and looked a little more. The Dr. Stuck nummbing filling in and not even 5 min later she starts going at it. My daughter screamed, I feel it I feel it. I had to MAKE the dr. Stop. I was so livid. I told her you didn't give it enough time to work. She just stood up walked out and came back 15min later. I should of left right then. They completed the work but my daughter is terrified of the place now. So we found a much better place. Found out the caps she got were not necessary, fillings would of worked.

ROARK, I RECEIVED EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. That was the first dental service given me that I genuinely felt truly benefitted from. I’m 55 and plan to continue to return to Kool Smiles. Was at Sunnybrook’s Dentistry earlier today. My hygienist (Leneka), X-ray tech & dentist (Dr. Roark) did an awesome job as they always do. They always make me feel so special even when they’re doing my dental procedure for the day. I’m sorry but I did not get X-ray tech name. She did a wonderful job on a task that can sometimes be uncomfortable for the patient, but everything went well.
If I had to give Sunnybrook Dentistry a graded score for today’s services - as a fellow church member of mine is known to say, “It would be A+/100”.

I was overcharged for services and the treatment was not what I was hoping for my 2 year old son. There was very little explanation of what was going to happen once we waited in the exam chair for 15 minutes and the dentist only spent 2 minutes with us! I will be looking for a different dentist for our next visit.

Omg the service was great. I have to recommend Sherita Addison because she was very patient wit my child . If anybody knows my child , she panics when she sees the dentist but Sherita made it very easy for her.

We came today may 18th for a crown we were greeted and brought back China. She was very nice explained what they were gonna do today and what was to be expect she made sure all questions were answered and that we were comfortable we when got to the back Dr Pursley who is nothing short of amazing we've seen her almost every visit and love her came in she decided to try a filling instead of a crown
The staff is amazing always making sure the kids are comfortable and fill safe and secure
We will use Kool smiles in Hattiesburg for life
