Sunnybrook is one of the worst dentist I've ever been to they tell you not to feed your kid the night before and be a hour early just to leave you waiting 3 hours which wouldn't be so bad if certain people weren't picked to go ahead of you so if possible I would give them a minus 5

If I could give them negative stars I would. These people gave anesthia gas to my child without my consent and caused a very negative reaction. After I fired them as our pediatric dental care providers they then started calling us to get us to schedule mpre appointments once or more times a day, even after explaining to them in graphic detail the harm they caused our family. If I had the energy and time to pursue a malpractice case I've got one pretty much gift wrapped. I've recently blocked their phone number on my phone so they found more numbers to harrass me from. Now they're texting and emailing us daily. I'm about ready to contact the BBB and FCC for their harrassment after their gross negligence in caring for my child. Don't carry your children, family pets, or worst enemies to these people.

Call center give you a different appt that they scheduled in the computer. Appts are not kept because of understaff in ortho. They’ve said they’ve called when they rescheduled but never left vm. And I drive 30miles out. This has made the 3rd time this has happened and it’s becoming a headache. My one son’s bracket has came completely off his braces and has been this way over a month because they keep changing appts or don’t have the right appt that is scheduled through the call center. It has not always been this way, but it is really becoming a pain. If you’re getting right now I wouldn’t recommend coming here at this time. I think i need to find another orthodontist for my child.
