We were there today 07-14-17 and my granddaughter received braces. The ortho assistant, Brittany Grenier was so special and great with her. Thank you Brittany & Kool Smiles. I would rate them a big 10.

1. My son got his braces removed in August 21 after being in them for 3-4 years. In October his regular dentist asked him who did his orthodontic work. He told the Sunnybrook. The dentist said he had a horrible cross bite and needed orthodontics and referred him to a different place. In April 22 his Dentist again reminded him he needed to go back to orthodontics. I called Sunnybrook with the information and they saw him. Per my son they told him it would be another $1000 and 18 months. My son said they would call me with the information. Not only did I NOT get a call, I cannot get them to return my call. Unprofessional. Additionally, THEY did poor work and expect ME to pay more?!!

I made an appointment a week ahead of time and took time off of work to meet the appointment. I got to their office that morning and I was informed my appointment had been canceled without my knowledge and there was no space for me to be seen. Never going back.

The people are super nice, but no one EVER answers the phone or returns a message. You can only schedule an orthodontist appointment with the people in the office, not online, but good luck getting through. If you need an emergency appointment, you might as well give it up. We've been going there for years and we love the people, but we've started looking for an ortho more accessible.

Dr.Pursley and China done my daughters dental work today and done an excellent job they made her really comfortable and made her experience seem more fun than like a dental visit that is why I love this clinic and recommend it to everyone I know including adults. As a child I had a bad dental experience kool smiles has since done dental work on me and restored my faith in dentists. Way to go kool smiles for making the dentist a fun and memorable experience and not scary.

I enjoyed my experience yesterday at KOOL SMILES. From the moment I was greeted by the dental assistant Ms.China to the dentist Dr. Sutton. They both explained everything to me, to the point to where I understood everything cleary. I would definitely say that these two young ladies know their job and they do it well. Most importantly I will be recommending KOOL SMILES to my friends that have children. So you all will definitely see us in the future. Thanks for a great job ladies.
