The staff were friendly and I felt very comfortable the whole time. My DA, Florence was amazing (and deserves a raise). She helped keep me calm and relaxed and she is a big reason I will return to that location. Dr. Abaji was also kind and professional and I would highly recommended him.

I came in to aspeb dental was severe gum pain that was keeping me awake at night and was not healing on its own. I chose to come to Aspen dental because of the free X-ray and exam.
When I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly staff who gave me paperwork to sign. Is the staff including the dentistry the dentistry was very kind and gentle during the exam.
These reasons are not why I am giving you one star. I'm giving you one star as I felt as if I was forced to choose their cleaning procedure and that , that was the cause of my problem. Me not understanding dental work I believed them however it was going to cost over $2000. I was told this was because they used and antibiotics In the process. Even with financing available I could not afford a down payment which was half of the cost and left still in pain. I went to another dentist and they had said that the cause of my pain was not because I needed a cleaning but because I had a rotten tooth that needed to be pulled. The total cost of that was $250.

I would assume that a dentist could see a rotten wisdom tooth and concur that that was why I was having gum pain but but because that was a cheaper option their protocol is to go through this expensive cleaning 1st. I don't blame the people that work there except for the dentist as they can clearly see what is going on in a patient's mouth especially when it is obvious is what I had. Granted my teeth do need to be cleaned but that was not the immediate cause of my discomfort.

I urge people to not go to Aspen dental as they follow a protocol not individualized patient care.

The so called dentist kept stabbing me with novacaine and it didn't work then he told me quite down the other patients would think he was torture me very unprofessional

Upon arrival the waiting area is very clean and front desk was busy but efficient. I have serious dental procedures, but the staff explained very well my next steps and they were really understanding of my condition.

Aspen Dental on St. Charles Rock Road is a Friendly oriented and professional place to visit. Their honesty on team oriented presentation was spot on. When it come to talk about the cost of the work I needed to have, the office was spot on with professionalism. I truly trust their judgement all around.

This being my first emergency visit, I will say the entire experience was great. From the moment I walked in to the time I left the office. The entire staff was friendly and explained everything in great details. Went in with a cracked tooth and at no moment while they completed the x-ray and cleaning did I feel any pain. I do not like going to dentist but this was the very first time I felt so relaxed. I was very much impressed!!!!! Bridgeton office has my 5 stars.

Most professional and astute. I was extremely impressed with the efficient and kind staff, the rapidity in identifying my needs and the care with which my needs were met. I would highly recommend this dentistry to all.

I like the place the only down fall is how many times they contact you before the appointment.

I had a crown put on here and it has come off three times in about two years. The crown has a hole in it, but rather than offer to fix it they just cemented the old crown back on (at my expense mind you). This is after waiting three weeks for my crown to come in and constantly having to glue my temporary crown on myself just to find out my permanent crown wouldn't fit. So I had to wait another three weeks for a different one. I have also had two other dentists tell me that the tooth underneath was never prepared right in the first place and that's why it keeps coming off.

Great experience! Alexis was fantastic! She get me back so quickly, so warm and welcoming! She went through every detail with me and made me feel comfortable. The hygienist Madeline, was wonderful she answered all of my questions, and walked me through every step she was doing. And Doctor tuan was absolutely awesome. He answered all my questions, and helped me understand exactly what i needed and didnt. And the office managers paige and alexis helped me with payment and setting up a date to get things done as soon as possible! Keep up this same service and ill be here along time!
