I had a chipped tooth causing some pain! They got me in same day for a emergency appt. Everyone I came in contact with was nice and professional they made me feel comfortable… Dr Tuan and his assistant talked me through my extraction knowing I was nervous but NO PAIN at all! I finally found a new dentist home !!

My visit was wonderful the dentist was very kind, he was concerned that I was comfortable as he was doing my procedure . I am very impressed. Also, when Lila did my cleaning she was very professional, kind, and considerate of my comfort. We shared many things about our lives. I would recommend her to everyone.

This place doesn't do satisfactory work to me at all you always have to go back because there's something always wrong with your tooth They would lie to your insurance company about putting in feelings that they didn't do And the prices are ridiculousI would recommend going to an old school dentist

I had a a tooth extraction at the aspen dental Bridgeton, MO location. Jalis checked me was warm and personable. Audrey was my dental assistant and got me very comfortable and chatted with me before the procedure. Dr. Maya was my dentist and she was amazing, I didn't feel a thing. Everyone was warm and personable. Great people to take of you for any dental procedure. A great office!

Although I don't enjoy going to the dentist (who does) my visits are as pleasant as can be expected. I have a wonderful dentist who has always been in a good mood and I can tell that she cares about her patients. I'm not always happy with my dental care (thru the years) but as long as she treats me every time I know that everything is going to be alright!!! Currently happy.

TL/DR: They do good work, but will try to sell you on stuff you don't need. They aren't always honest about what your insurance will actually cover. If you go here, be prepared to advocate for yourself, consider getting a second opinion, and know what your insurance will cover before agreeing to anything.
My wife and I have been going to Aspen Dental for a while because they're close, pretty reasonably priced, and can get us an appointment pretty quickly. Unfortunately, they usually try to push extras on us. One time, they told my wife theu were offering a service that we wouldn't have to pay out of pocket, only to receive a bill for it shortly after.
My most recent visit, they took one look at my swollen cheek and said I needed teeth removed. They hadn't gotten x-rays or done any tests, but were absolutely certain an extraction was necessary. After getting x-rays and poking me teeth, the dentist begrudgingly admitted that he couldn't do the extraction, himself. He told me he intended to do it, but didn't think he wouldn't be able to the way my teeth are. He eventually wrote me a referral for an oral surgeon, but admitted that the teeth in question were healthy. That makes me think he was trying to perform unnecessary surgery to increase profits. I eventually convinced him to prescribe me antibiotics for the infection he admitted that I had, but that was a
whole hassle, too. On top of all of that, his bedside manner was dreadful.

My visit at Aspen was amazing! I was nervous but everyone made me feel relaxed and gave great information! Angelic was so sweet and a pleasure to work with! Madeline and Dr.Tuan were fantastic as well and together will help me get on the road to health smile!!!

I had not been to a dentist for over 4+ years because I had some horrible experiences with visits. I was extremely nervous about going to the dentist but once there I found everyone was quite nice and put me at ease. Shelia, the dental assistant, was such a calming person and very caring and explained everything that she was doing and each step that was going to happen. Dr. Chris was very gentle and explain the whole process that needed to be done and took time to answer all questions. I was then taken to Will to explained all the financial parts of what the cost would be and what the insurance would pay and my part. He was very caring. He set-up my follow-up appointments so I did not have to go and wait in a different office for someone else. I was very impressed with how efficient the staff was and I highly recommend Aspen Dental to everyone. Again, I cannot say enough about Shelia and Will, these two individuals are quite outstanding and I hope that they are commended for their service to patients at Aspen.
