From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and treated with care. The front lobby is comfortable, we enjoyed the flat-screen tv, and our wait was relatively short before we were led to another small waiting lounge. The x-ray process was simple and quick. Our hygenist, Jared, was knowledgeable, professional, and relaxed. Our doctor, Dr. Lee, was also highly knowledgeable and professional, answered all of our questions, and advised us of the most appropriate steps to proper care. Since we're insured, Aspen Dental is handling the work with our insurer to be certain that our benefits and any applicable discounts are properly applied. The St. Charles Rock Rd. location is easy to see from the road and there is ample parking.

I did not like it. I made an appointment for cleaning 3 months in advance then said they don't so them after 4pm. All of it was mixed up. The guy doing the finance said he tried calling ahead of time to explain it all. What a joke. He called while I was at work the day before late afternoon when I got home you were closed. Calling a few hours ahead of time is not calling in advance. The dentist didn't seem very experienced. I did not like the way they do xrays either. As I was walking in a lady and her son coming out she said what a waste of time they did nothing, I felt like then something was not right. Seems to be a scam just to make a lot of money not really worried about the patients care. The building was clean and looked new.

Angelic was a fantastic dental assistant, she answered all the questions I had and had my X Rays done quickly.
Leila was a great hygienist. She was very quick and efficient, which I believe speaks to her professionalism.
Finally, Dr. Twan was fast, and knowledgeable about everything that needed to be done.
Overall this was a wonderful experience and I recommend coming here if you are in need of any dental assistance.

Waited 2 months for an appointment. Got there for my appointment and they tell me the lady that cleans teeth left early. Like you all could have called me to notify me /reschedule, ANYTHING. I will never recommend or return to this place. Waste of time. Seriously! I should have went with my first mind and went to a more professional place/private practice. Read the reviews, go at your own risk.
