Arrived early for my 11:30 appt. At 12:25 I asked the receptionist if she knew how much longer. She told me any minute, she would find out to let me know. 12:45 I never heard back from the receptionist so I left. I understand situations occur, but please inform me especially if I ask you.

I had a tragedy befall my family. My wife of 34 years passed away. My two sons and I wanted her viewing and everything perfect. After telling Aspen it was so important for me to have a new upper denture smile and I had less then 3 days to do it. The Doctors and excellent supporting staff Made That Happen. Great customer service friendly and professional staff. Seen very quickly. Only thing is they are flying the two flags wrong the American flag flies on the left as you are approaching the building and the Missouri state flag should fly on the right.

Appointment was at 12 seen at 1 many people came and left however I was told since I'm a new client I have to wait for them to see their emergency clients. Confused because what's the point of scheduling and coming on time. Bathroom and sitting had dust bunnies in corners and behind the TV and dirty.Had a lot of time to look around.
