My visit at Aspen Dental was the best of all the Dental Offices I compared to them.
The initial visit was completely free with X-rays, evaluation and assessment of all my dental needs. I am able to get everything done at one location that is close to my home. The office staff answered all my questions, and explained the procedures necessary and choices available.

Usually I don’t have the best appointments but I met a dental hygienist her name is Leila S. She was wonderful! She made me feel welcomed, made my appointment fun & was the sweetest dental hygienist I have ever had. I recommend making your future appointments with her for a great experience. 😊

Worst experience with a dentist ever. Went it for a broken tooth/ abscess, left two hours later, STILL IN PAIN. Dentist focused on telling me that I need dentures instead of relieving the issue. Never ever use Aspen Dental.

I had a very pleasant visit at the dentist! I saw a commercial on television about Aspen Dental and decided to check them out and schedule a visit. I was at my last straw and very apprehensive, because after paying years for dental insurance for years a previous dentist wanted to use a treatment plan that my insurance did not cover! The professional folk at Apen made me comfortable, put me at ease and showed me how we could maximize the use of my dental insurance. My treatment plan is underway! Needless to say I am very HAPPY!!!!

The best staff all around, after going to a few dentist then went to Aspen, what a great experience i had they were friendly and actually listened to my my concerns as well. and after the X-rays and the check of my teeth, they explained all my options instead of here is what we are going to do. which was nice to actually say i want to do this and they made it happen. and when i went back for next visit they use your name, yes they are still new in the area but still nice they take the time to know their customers and treat you like a person not just another face..keep up the great work.

Wasn't what I expected. They called me and said I could come in early but then I ended up sitting in the waiting room for 45 min. By then it was almost my appointment time anyway. Then I was surprised by how many people you come in contact with. 3 different hands around my mouth, plus having to be close to the receptionist and the billing specialist. I also felt like they were trying to scare tactic me into a more expensive cleaning. I'm going somewhere else to get a cleaning, this just isn't my jam especially with covid going on.

I just had the besttttttt dentist appointment today with the hygienist Lelia. She made the appointment go by so smooth and she was super sweet and made me very comfortable throughout my entire time there. All of the other staff were friendly as well. I definitely would recommend this place you won’t regret coming here!

I had been there previously and they put me on antibiotics and rescheduled me for the following week. I return on my appointment fat and after 3 hours of sitting, X-rays, and poking in my mouth, they tell me they do not accept my insurance. In addition they told me they were all booked up for the day and would not have been able to pull the infected tooth until another day. This little tidbit should have been shared before they started the work. So my whole day was worthless and I am still in pain. I definitely would never refer anyone to them.
