Dr. Keigly was awesome, professional, personable, and extremely proficient during the whole process and dental procedure. The staff was polite and nice. I was not a great fan of the xrays. There were some discomfort during the X-ray process and it seem to take forever. This may have been because the person taking the Xrays was a trainee. Overall for my 1st visit it was okay. Will see how my 2nd visit goes.

You can certainly tell this is a corporate ran business. I went because of having mouth pain, got the xrays and all they could do was tell me to think about invisilign! I felt like they were just trying to up sell me on things instead of treating my concerns or even discussing them! After they do that, they make sure to ship you to the next station to talk money and I have INSURANCE! They are not interested in discussing insurance, they want money! And then try and talk you into doing a âsoft inquiryâ to do monthly payments. And then I was told we donât bill you, you need to have this money upfront before they even touch you! Needless to say, I left and called a FOR REAL dentist! I would NEVER recommend anyone to Aspen Dental! And did I mention they called a senior citizen back to talk right at the desk only to tell her she needed 4,000 dollars in order to receive something for her mouth?! GREED, UNPROFESSIONAL, and A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! Never AGAIN!!

I absolutely recommend this Dr. Chris and his staff. They had better prices than anyone around. The staff is extremely friendly and they listen to you. My husband has had extensive work and they made sure everything was right. I have very sensitive teeth and they were able to clean them without hitting a single nerve. Amazing. Finally, a dentist I don't mind going to.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Visit was prompt and expedient. Had an untold issue with a crown coming out that the staff wasnât aware of that they worked into my appointment, no questions asked. Great overall experience.

The dentist Dr Thai was awesome and did everything he can to help with my wisdom tooth extraction. He also gave me a heads up that i will have post operative complications of dry sockets. I traveled the weekend of the surgery and the pain due to dry sockets hit me at midnight. I kept calling after hours paging service for Aspen Dental that takes calls for all Aspen Dental facilities throughout the country. They paged the on-call doctor atleast 5 times and then tried following up with the facility manger to see if anybody can backup the on-call doctor. NONE OF THEM PICKED UP THEIR PHONE. Why promise after hours support if you donât want to pickup the phone ??? Atleast someone will not wait until morning in pain hoping you guys will call to help. If you donât get complications after procedures done here you are lucky. Else you will find yourself being so helpless. These guys are a joke .
