Overall, the experience was great; friendly staff and professional dentists. The rooms seemed clean and overall the office was well maintained.
As per requested for a first visit, I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time to fill out necessary paperwork. That actually only took about 5 minutes because I completed the majority online prior. I did not get called back for 1 hour, about 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time; thus the one star deduction. Also, the prices seems rather high, even with insurance. I do intended to return and would recommend them, as anyone can run late.

Made an appt. for a teeth cleaning. New patient. I can in 15 min. early like they asked. Had already filled out my paperwork on-line. That part went fine. Waited 20 minutes in the waiting room! Finally, called back to the chair. Waited another 20 min. Started to leave and was stopped by the tech. She did my x-rays and panoramic view (that took 20 min.) Went back to the chair! Sat and waited with the tech will she asked me questions.
Some person came in and then walked right back out. Ask the tech "what's going on - I'm here for a cleaning". Oh no, she says "you need to see the hygienist next, then then the dentist will come in, and then you'll see the financial person"! Nope, I said I just want a cleaning don't need to speak to the financial person. She said "did you see the person that walked in here", "she's the hygienist, she said you need deep cleaning" I said no I just want a cleaning, she said we can't just give you a cleaning. I said, I'm leaving. She told me that if another dentist was to just give me a cleaning they could get charged with malpractice. WOW... I left, won't be back ever. Found out later that several people have had the same exact experience with them.

The staff at bridgeton are very accommodating and extremely patient for people who arrive late for a first appointment (they will wait for you to give insurance, lol me). Very very very nice people who are willing to help you if you have any disabilities, they will always be willing to accept anyone with open arms of compassion and kindness.

I went in for a deep cleaning. I hadn't been to a dentist for a while. I think some people are a little apprehensive about going to the dentist, because of Covid. I didn't have a long wait to be seen. My person was Leila. She explained what she was going to do, and how long it would take. It actually didn't take as long. She was very gentle, and checked on me through out the procedure, to make sure I was ok. She was very professional and very good. I would recommend Aspen Dental and recommend Leila, cleaning or whatever dental procedure needed.

Staff was compassionate and knowledgeable. Procedure was fast but did not feel rushed. Doctors explained every step before it was done. I liked that. I like to know what’s going on. I have a few more visits that has to be done but I am confident that my outcome will be great

The staff in the back was absolutely wonderful. It's the people (person) in the front that's the problem. They started acting funky and thought I was dumb to the process. They went from nice to nasty. Especially when that was my first visit; she also told another patient business to everyone in the waiting room. I could have sworn HIPAA was still around. The woman was embarrassed because she blurted out stating she had some type of disease in her mouth. Smh, horrible. When I called to try to schedule the endodontist, they kept giving me the run around. They also kept putting me on hold. Idk what happened, but when I called back with my insurance, everything went downhill. 🤷🏾‍♀️ (I thought it was a good thing to have). I really wanted to go through this company because of the doctors in the back. But after dealing with those receptionist's, I'll take my mouth somewhere else. Thanks but no thanks. I'll try again when ole babe get fired.

Went in for a basic cleaning, they did my X-rays then checked my gums and overall teeth . The assistant was wonderful but the the actual doctor didn’t seem interested. They then told me I had to call and make another appointment to schedule a cleaning, So what was the point of the appointment !!!! I was in there 2 1/2 hrs For X-rays due to crowded waiting rooms, then sent over to billing to go over my tooth plan which went from a. Basic $150 cleaning to a $3,400 cleaning bc he said I needed Invisalign and that I would need to go to an actual dentist to do. I waited for an appointment that had already canceled & pushed back 2 months due to COVID. If they couldn’t do anything they should make that clear over the phone.

Made an appointment to get two teeth filled because I was starting to get pain from it and could not longer eat anything sweet or cold. They somehow put me in as a new patient even though I've been going there for about 2 years and had to make me another new appointment the following week. I prepaid for the filling to make sure there was no reason to endure the pain any longer than necessary. I get there the following week and they can't numb one part of my mouth so filled 2 other teeth instead and now I can't afford to get the teeth that hurt filled. I JUST WANT TO EAT WHAT I WANT WITHOUT CRYING!!
