The check in was great. She was friendly and professional. When the cost was explained I understood with the way it was presented. My xrays were amazing. They had to take a lot but I was made as comfortable as possible. The dentist explained in terminology I could understand. I am excited to get this procedure started. Thank you aspen dental

The staff is excellent and very fast, i had a bad tooth issue yesterday and they got me in within a couple hours and they really listen to the patient, i didn't feel a thing and i was in and out fast. Thank you aspen dental for a great experience and I will definitely recommend your services.

Can't really say anything negative about Aspen Dental. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Facility is clean and well lit. Service is impressive. That all changed when it came to actually getting service. They became less friendly and helpful. Less impressive. More deceptive. Charged me for items that I never received. Avoided me for months. Now I'm out of $1800 and still haven't received my $900 bridge. Plus charged $200 for a $75 electric toothbrush. It's just another scam. The one star is the least allowed. I regret ever dealing with Aspen Dental. A total scam operation. Beware.

Afraid of the dentist? These people are the reason why. They don’t listen to you. I told them REPEATEDLY I can’t take ibuprofen but they still prescribed it for me. That’s the only thing they gave me for the pain after pulling two teeth. The numbed my jaw by sticking needles in it WITHOUT numbing it first. They only care about the money 💰. My regular doctor thinks that they broke my jaw when pulling my teeth. They also like to do hidden charges so you finance through them and they make more money. Not to mention the fact that when I got there the office was closed for a meeting which turned out to be a sales rep in there talking and they made us wait outside in the 95° heat with no shade. DO NOT GO THERE

I will begin by saying I had my remaining teeth removed via surgery from an oral surgeon in Dec. 2019. Over the course of 2020 I had 3 further surgeries removing tissue from the roof of my mouth to make a place for a denture plate to go. My oral surgeon finally recommended I go see a dentist to determine if I would be able to get dentures now. I visited Aspen Dental in Bridgeton MO on 3/15/21 where the dentist and lab tech informed me I would be able to get a denture that would have suction and not need adhesive. My appointment to have a plaster mold taken was on 3/22/21. I arrived on time. My payment of almost $2k was taken, first of all of course. I'm taken to the exam room where the woman taking the mold without warning or instruction or anything begins trying to jam in a mouth guard that is too big for my mouth. She says she doesn't have the one that is the right size and continues trying to make do with the too big one she has. She is standing behind me with her right arm around me in a headlock trying to force the mold further into my mouth. She finishes and takes the mold out of the room, comes back in and says the mold needs to be retaken. Then a dentist, NOT the dentist that I saw the previous week, comes in and examines my mouth, tells me I will only be able to have a denture that needs adhesive, or I will need surgery. I explain to him that I tell him I've already had surgery and he needs to contact my oral surgeon to confirm information and the best course of action. I have to tell him 3 times to contact my oral surgeon before they finally take his business card information from me. At this point I'm having second thoughts obviously, so I ask to speak to the girl who was helping with my treatment plan. I'm told she's busy and I'm put into a recovery room to wait. I'm left there and forgotten about for OVER AN HOUR before I get fed up and poke my head out to speak to someone. I see the dentist that I DID speak to a week ago who recognizes me and says "What's going on? No one's told me anything" I tell him I need to speak to the girl about my treatment plan, to which he immediately shows me to her where she's not busy at all. At this point I'm done and I just want a refund where they inform me about the 90 day money back guarantee for the dentures. The dentist who I did see a week ago who is better informed of my situation takes me into another exam room where he actually does have the correct size mouth guard and easily, comfortably takes a mold. He explains to me we would be able to make a denture that would have suction made out of a special material. That all sounds great but my treatment has been thoroughly unacceptable. I go back to the girl and tell her this place is a hot mess and no one is communicating with anyone and I want a refund and leave.

I am so grateful for coming in today. I had Leila, clean my teeth. She has the most amazing energy. We talked about popcorn, since she found a popcorn shell in my tooth. She was very gentle during the cleaning and the water temperature was not freezing cold. She is superb, I am actually shocked of the care she gave today. I bet whoever is reading thisbis ready for her to clean your teeth. So make sure you book an appt with her. I look forward to seeing her again. I love the ambience with the plants and the candles. Everyone was very nice and professional! From Checking in with Tia and then meeting with my dental assistant Angelic who was very sweet and gentle! Then to my doctor Dr. Tuan who has his work cut out on me!!

Lots of communication throughout visit regarding service, insurance, costs for treatment, etc.. Hoping future visits go just as well! Only gave 4 stars because haven’t been treated yet.
