Great experience with the Dentist and everyone else besides the hygienist did t take the time to come and great me or even come and visit. I think that was very rude of her.

I went for dentures replacing tops and getting bottoms. Since I have time they gave me 2 procedures first day going in the next day might have them ready on the 2nd day very impressed 👍😁

Customer service is huge to me.They nailed it! Very caring and compassionate. They took their time and explained my situation to where I understood it and gave me options that I was comfortable with. AWESOME

Although down a few people, they were fun, fast, efficient. For my first visit they made me very comfortable and well informed. They were absolutely great.

I scheduled an appointment for an emergency tooth pain and absence, they got me in right away. Their office had a very calm and welcoming atmosphere and the exam rooms were very clean. My dental assistant was awesome, and very sweet, we even shared the same name, Angelic, and her presents just gave off a calm, relaxed, and friendly vibe. My dr was Dr. Maya, she was very sweet and very informative in letting me know what was going on and what was the best treatment I needed for my dental health. All and all, I have a great experience at Aspen Dental, and would recommend them to family and friends.

My entire experience was phenomenal! From the check in process to receiving discharge instructions, I definitely received exceptional care. Although the entire team was amazing, I would like to personally shout out Leila (hygienist). I hadn’t received any dental work in over ten years and her patience is unmatched. She was willing to explain step by step processes, she was extremely informative, and definitely made me as comfortable as possible. Not once did I feel judged nor rushed. She’s an angel and THE reason I will remain consistent with this particular location. I couldn’t thank them enough and am beyond grateful to have such an AMAZING team providing me care. Check them out, you won’t regret it!!!

Poor service don’t go to this place! Lots of reasons why and I’m going to get to the bottom of the so very poor service and rude experience I had at this location from how one person treats the staff there and another treats the clients! Left a peace of tooth in my mouth, I complained to the main office who called me and then never returned my call because I was at work and couldn’t talk at that moment, never tried to fix the issue I went there for. If I could give 0 stars, I would! This dental is deceptive and charge you for unnecessary procedures. Instead of charging my insurance company which covered 100% they had me apply for a Care Credit Card which leaves me paying! I found out the reason this was done and the reasons are Aspen gets their money right away while customer is left to pay a hefty credit card bill monthly. Shame the deception and dishonesty! They let me leave still in pain….they took a lot of ex rays though and talked a lot of untruths.
I advise anyone looking for a caring honest and well knowledged dentist to not go to Aspen ……I have found great caring professional honest dental service at Big Bend Dental Care. They are well knowledgeable in dentistry and they care about you not just your money.

My visit was ok. I had to stop using Aspen Dental because they constantly called me having to cancel or change my appointment times. I can be understandings about staffing issues, but literally every time I booked something it had to get canceled or the time needed to be changed. I had an appointment scheduled for Jan 11th that had to be canceled and they couldn’t get me in until April. Mind you I made this appt 6 months ago. If you have the flexibility to constantly be rebooked and rescheduled, then by all means, use their services.
