This place is like a dental sales office. The way they do their xrays is much different than others, they make you go in multiple rooms to have the different xrays done and then take you into a room where I waited for a long time for them to come in with a machine that scans the mouth again to come up with the right "plan" for you. The machine didn't even work and after multiple times of her trying and wasting a bunch of time on this special machine (at least 45 min) the dentist came in and reviewed everything and said what was needed. Although I thought the process was drawn out everyone besides another assistant I had encountered with had been nice. They then take you into another room where your "planner/ scheduler" (aka sales person) comes and gets you and goes over the price or "plan" as they would say of everything the dr recommends you get. The guy was actually really nice until he realized there was no way in you know what that I was just going to sign myself up for $5000 worth of work. He became very annoyed once he knew it wasnt going to happen. I came in for tooth pain, and ended up paying for and scheduling the extraction and will more than likely get the fillings I need done by them but please be aware of the way they do things before going. Much different than your typical dental office. My overall experience wasn't horrible though I do think there are some things that they need to come away from and change.

Aspen Dental was not the place for me. I needed help in an emergency situation and instead was given a plan. I understand nothing could be done without xrays but I requested my tooth pulled and pain meds
I was told they can't help me because they close early on Friday. What? ?? But if I pay now I can make an appointment for next week. I was not happy with Aspen Dental.

I can't say enough about the people at Aspen Dental. I just went to the new office in Brentwood Mo. transferring from Bridgeton as the Brentwood office is closer to my residence. As with my visits to previous Aspen Dental Offices I was met with professional, friendly and very Courteous staff. As with previous treatments at visits they were all done in a very in a very efficient and knowledgeable way. To the staff of the Brentwood office keep up the fantastic work you do.

The worst dentist in the whole world. Never go there. I don't know where to start. All the staff is rude. I went there three times for cleaning, three simple filings and bleaching. I have great insurance and prepaid 200$ +299 for the bleaching procedure. Now they send me bill for 117$. It's so hard to communicate with them and I don't understand how 3 filings and cleaning cost more than 300$ out of the pocket. On top of it every time I visited them had to wait at least 40 min. and their explanation is that they are very busy. Now two of the filings would give me pain and they said that I would need a crowns for those two.??????? What I wrong with those people. I am never ever doing anything with Aspen dental. I suggest you do the same!

Great staff, friendly, they saw me when I was in a lot of pain and the dentist did a great job numbing my tooth to eliminate the pain of pulling tooth. Prices were much better than other places. I will definitely tell others to use Aspen.

My first visit to Aspen Dental. Overall a lovely experience. No waiting , went straight to xrays. Fancy Machines I had never seen before. After the first one that circled around my head then to another where they took 18 xrays. they are thorough. Florence DA was very careful not to make me uncomfortable during the process. all those 5 stars go to Florence because I have always hated those xrays

I had severe tooth pain and no dental insurance. My friend suggested Aspen as they do a "free" exam. The dentist poked at the tooth that was hurting repeatedly without anesthetic and then told me I need a root canal before finishing the exam. I was then told that I had gum disease so bad it was affecting my bone density and I needed to take care of it immediately if I wanted to keep my teeth. When I went into the back to speak with the woman about proceeding with dental work, I was quoted $1700 as well as $77 for the exam. They claimed that because the dentist couldn't finish the exam because of my crying, it didn't qualify as a 'full, free exam' I explained that I did not have $1700 or $77 and they continuously tried to get me to schedule another appointment, at one point suggesting I pay less to have the tooth extracted (a front tooth, by the way) They finally agreed to waive the $77 fee and I left. I called another dentist and went the next day. The tooth that Aspen claimed needed a root canal and a crown had chipped enamel and dentin OBVIOUSLY exposed to my current dentist. I recieved a cleaning and something painted over the exposed dentin and now I'm fine. My teeth are quite healthy and I did not need any serious work. One appointment. No root canal. No $1700 immediately or your teeth will fall out. No bull. Don't go to Aspen if you want a competent dentist, with or without insurance.
