Got me right in and very professional. I've had a long journey with failing and lose teeth. They have been professional along the whole way. I'm about to get my permanent Flex Partial Dentures and I'm super excited. In the 6 appointments in 6 months I only had unpleasant appointment with an assistant during an adjustment. Considering the whole process I'll take it...

Bridgeton location- New patient had completed the patient information forms prior to visit. Arrived prior to 9am visit. I had completed additional forms by 9:02. Waited till 9:22 to ask what is their normal wait time. Finally at about 9:30 services started. Staff is friendly was told they had hygienist appointment available at 1:30 pm. Told them I would come back. Received call at 1:26pm while parked on lot that an error was made in double booking and they only had one hygienist. Rescheduled for the following day. I was frustrated with the wait time and scheduling error. The reason I gave three stars was Erika the hygienist was professional and informative about her services. Not sure if I’ll return for my next 6 month cleaning.

Customer service was excellent dentist was great... However, they never sent the special toothpaste my daughter needed for her teeth.. They said give it a couple of days but it's been several and no toothpaste at the pharmacy... Been trying to call them to no avail... That's why I've given 4 stars instead of 5...

Part of my tooth broke off.
After multi x-rays, fortunately covered by Medicare & Humana,
LONG WAITS,
finally saw the dentist,
who was friendly, but said he could do NOTHING for me -
would not cement it back,
did not offer to smooth the sharp edge down,
NOTHING.

THEN payment advisor said:
2 options -
1) 9300 to extract 4 remaining lower teeth -
which currently do NOT hurt,
do NOT need extraction -
then posts & lower denture
2) 2600 to extract 4 lower teeth -
again, NOT NEEDED -
then lower denture which would need denture paste each day.

NO THANK YOU.

I want to personally acknowledge a dental hygienist (Leila). As most of you well know, a severe toothache can be excruciating. I experienced that kind of pain as I sought out some relief. Sometimes those who you are at the mercy of simply treat you as a person who just needs to deal with it. Well, Leila was quite the opposite. She was a calming voice. She talks in a very soft tone that reassures you that she is there to help. Perhaps to even make the pain go away or at least be more tolerable. I needed her to tell me that. We all want care givers to care about us. Thank you Leila for caring about me.

I went in for an emergency tooth extraction. I was in a lot of pain because my tooth was infected and very swollen. When I told them I didn't have insurance I thought they'd help me with decent payments, but they took advantage of my situation. They were all very nice, and the tooth extraction wasn't as painful as I thought it would be, but they put me on a financing plan and the total came out to $2,000. I did get 2 cavities filled and they gave me a fancy toothbrush, but a couple of days later when I wasn't in pain, I looked at the bill and realized they did everything using the most expensive methods. That fancy toothbrush was $147! Who needs a $147 toothbrush? I found one almost exactly like it at Family Dollar for $5! The wait times were terrible as well. I always show up 30 minutes early to an appointment, just how I was raised, but a man who showed up and apologized for being late, (his original appointment was 30 minutes after I was to be seen) was called in not 5 minutes after he showed up...
Now I'm getting calls at 8 in the morning, 9 at night, all from private numbers, and when you answer they immediately put you on hold...
0/10 would not go again.
